Something is making me relaxed and sleepy the past several nights. This is the only thing I’ve changed! I’d say they’re a winner! I am skeptical when it comes to supplements. 90% of the time I can’t tell a difference. It’s taken months, even years to find ones that work for certain things. These work!

I ordered 5-HTP because it is reported to be a precursor to serotonin, a neurotransmitter that can help stabilize mood and help brain function as well as to help sleep. I don't know whether I have benefited directely from this supplement but can attest that recently, I have had no trouble sleeping at night. Of course the fact that I am doing aerobics exercise every day and also take magnesium may also be helping my sleep. I can attest that these tablets are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant smell.

Really helping my husband sleep more soundly

I tried this for sleeping. Falling asleep, staying asleep, any effect would have been a positive because I have never struggled with sleep before. This didn't do a thing. I didn't fall asleep any better. I still wake up and stay awake all night. It didn't curb any appetite if anything I felt like eating while I could not sleep and my mood didn't get better or worse but I'm always pretty jovial. It's easy to use but even easier not to and that doesn't cost anything. I'd have to say if the data is correct about the products this is supposed to have then the quality is trash because it didn't work.

This supplement contains 4 well proven ingredients to help with a good night's sleep. The recommended dose is 2 capsules, but I do well taking just one before bed. Without usuing these, I often woke up in the middle of the night and had trouble falling back to sleep. When I take this, I sleep through the night.The capsules are medium size and easy to swallow. Packaging indicated they are made in an inspected and certified facility. But there is no indication of country of origin.I definitely recommend these to someone looking for a nonprescription supplement sleep aid

This has not helped me sleep at all!If anything it keeps me awake.Would not recommend.
