This set is perfect to teach the biblical stories. Has great instructional aid and fun activities for various ages . I wrote the name of each piece on the back and put them in a cellophane pouch in a notebook for storage.

We love everything about this set. Clear graphics on thick felt hold up to sticky hands. My almost 4 year old grandchild with Down syndrome loves these (this is his second set). Lives holding the pieces and doing the hand movements with great imagination. This set has pieces for 7 separate songs and the reason I gave it 4 stars is because there are only 4 slots and even if we put all of the pieces in they won’t all fit. I thought the mights add another layer to hold it all together. As is, we keep pieces to 4 of the songs separate from the book.

This large pack of bible story sets is quite nice. Each story comes with 1-2 sheets of objects and props to retell stories. The pictures are colorful and the pieces sturdy. They are cut out and held into place in 1-2 spots that you will need scissors to remove. If you try to merely pull them out it leaves a wispy tuft of fibers that you will need to snip off. I suggest writing the name of the set and the name of the piece on the back of each as you remove them. I am a Pre-K teacher and understand how things can get mixed together and the robed figures in these will all be similar. So, I wrote references on the back and popped each set into their own baggies. The felt board itself is designed to be portable. It is fairly small with handles that snap together and it has 4 transparent pockets inside that will fit 4 stories worth of pieces. As a teacher you would probably only teach one maybe two stories per lesson and only set those pieces out for the day for your students to manipulate and explore. The rest of the sets would be organized and tucked away. I will probably not use the board as much. We have a nice large felt board in the classroom already and the tiny one doesn't have the space I prefer to really retell and move pieces around. The booklets have the stories told in the front of them and some pages of activities. Some pages are puzzles or mazes or finger puppets to run off for your students. You could surely make an entire lesson out of what you have for resources in this set combined with your bible for verses. Great set that will get your kiddos involved in retelling the histories of the bible.

My son has a felt board with nursery rhyme stories that he loves and I wanted to expand on his interest with this 12 pack of felt board bible stories. This set includes: Jonathan and his armor bearer, Joshua and the battle of Jericho, Samson and Delilah, Isaac and Rebekah, Nativity of Jesus, Daniel and the lions' den, Wisdom of Solomon, David and Goliath, Elijah and the Widow, Tower of Babel, Noah's ark, Jonah and the big whale. Each set of story characters comes with an instruction manual that includes the bible story and games ( mazes, matching, counting, etc) to accompany it.The felt pieces are cleanly printed with recognizable graphics. All the felt pieces are labelled on the felt sheet but once cut out you will have to write the names on the back or save the whole felt sheet to remember who is who. Each piece has at least one or two spots you will need to cut before they can be used. All pieces stick firmly to the board. The board does have 4 small pouches for storage, however, that is not nearly enough for all the pieces so you will need to find/order an alternative storage container for the whole set. Overall, this is a great collection of felt board bible stories that will enable my son to reenact the stories and interact with the characters.

Really! I've always wanted a felt board. I made one when I was in college. I made a board that was felt on one side and magnetic chalkboard on the other, to be used when I started teaching. That was more than 40 years ago... it no longer exists. So I was really excited to see this felt board set for sale.The pictures on felt are charming. The colors are better than what they look like in my photos. My office must have been too dark, and I was too lazy to go fetch more lamps. All the characters you need to tell the Bible story are included in the set. Telling a story with a felt board is a bit like reading a picture book. But you have to know the story well to tell it, and you put up pictures made of felt, which stick to the felt. Another advantage of felt boards is that you can have the child tell the story back to you, using the felt figures to aid him.This felt set includes a teacher's manual for each of the 12 different Bible stories. The manual includes the Bible story, plus puzzles and games that could be copied over and over to share with the children in your home or classroom. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new felt board Bible stories set, and already planning to buy other sets from this company.Well done!

So much material for the cost! I have collected this kind of material for my classroom but this is far my favorite, prek teachers this is it! Tons of materials, books with rhymes and stories and worksheets, all great quality, only thing that needs improvement is the felt board storage area is enough enough for so much material but it's not a big deal.I absolutely love everything about this set and I will purchase a different variant soon

This is really a great quality item. The felt pieces are VERY sturdy and the images are just so precious and lovely to look at! I picked this out for my 6-year-old son. We read from the Bible every morning and I am hopeful that my little boy will participate by using his bible felt board and have these images within reach to follow along.Overall, I really like this item and the carrying case with which it comes. I recommend!
