I would not recommend this product due to the number of hidden and additional charges involved. First, the inlet and outlet pipes are not included in the box (which may be common with some geysers), but the company charges ₹1200 for a pair, which is quite high. The same pipes are available in the aftermarket for almost half the price. Second, they charge ₹1200 for a pair of angle valves, which is again very expensive compared to market rates. Third, tank cleaning or hard-water corrosion issues are not covered under warranty. If such a problem occurs, you have to pay around ₹1400 for tank cleaning. To cover these items, they push an AMC plan costing around ₹1500, which further increases the overall cost. Additionally, if you plan to install this geyser above a false ceiling, you must arrange a separate hole for the water overflow/air intake pipe. The exposed pipe does not look good aesthetically, and if this is not handled properly, water leakage can damage the false ceiling. Overall, considering all these extra expenses, the product is not affordable and does not offer good value for money.

The AO Smith geyser works perfectly. It heats water quickly, maintains the temperature well, and is energy efficient. The design is compact and modern, and it’s ideal for daily use. Installation was smooth, and the customer service was great. Highly recommended!
