Excellent ingredient profile, mild flavor
If you’re used to the really strong Ghost flavors, this one isn’t. If you’re looking for a mild, green Gatorade flavor, this is your best option. I may be mistaken, but this one calls for 12oz of water vs 16oz for the others. Great flavor and ingredients.

Delicious and Easy
Ghost packets are my go to. I have all the flavors. This one is not the best but its still delicious. Super easy to use as well, just dump the packet in a bottle of water and boom, hydration.

Inconsistent packaging
Some packets feel empty versus some are full serving. Hope the packaging I have is just a fluke and not the standard in this product. All other ghost products have been great

Good Tasting Hydration
I got the Lemon Crush flavor. The taste exceeded my expectations and is really good. I actually enjoy drinking it. These are low calorie (5 Calorie) and taste sweet and good. You get individual packets which are easy to open and you simply mix with (according to the instructions) 12 to 14 oz. of water and stir. After the first one, I started using a little extra water because, while the flavor is good, it was just a bit stronger and sweeter than I like. The 24-pack comes in a resealable plastic "bag" which is nice. I attached an image of the label showing the amount of Calories, Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, Chloride, Sodium, and Potassium. For something like this, as long as the nutrition specifications meet your needs, it really comes down to taste and ease of use. The packets are single serving and easy to open, so ease of use is great. I really liked the taste. So these are good on both aspects. I have used Propel hydration packets in the past, and I like the taste of these Ghost Hydration Packs better. They are like a treat after a work-out. The only thing that caused me to ding this to 4 Stars versus 5 Stars is the price. Currently these are almost $1.25 per packet whereas something like Propel hydration packets are significantly cheaper. I would definitely take these any day over Propel, but the buyer has to decide if it is worth the price delta.

Great taste and helps with hydration. This is our go to for hydration. Great buy!

Tastes good.
I like this product. I like the flavor and there is enough powder in each individual packet to flavor two 16 oz bottles of water (in my opinion anyway). Ghost also allows you to register your purchases with them for points.
