Sour Patch Kids were one of my biggest pregnancy cravings. I couldn’t get enough of that sweet and sour kick! But of course, I’ve been trying to be more mindful of my sugar intake during pregnancy, which felt like such a buzzkill at first. That’s why I was so excited when I found these! They're such an amazing substitute. Zero sugar, caffeine-free, and packed with electrolytes and immune support? Total win. What surprised me the most is how much they taste and smell like the red and blue Sour Patch Kids. It's nostalgic in the best way. It honestly satisfies my craving without the sugar crash or the guilt, which feels like a small miracle some days. And during pregnancy, especially in the middle of these hot summer days, this drink has seriously helped boost my energy and kept me feeling hydrated and refreshed. Each little packet has plenty of powder, so the flavor is bold and satisfying. I like my drinks strong, and this totally delivers. They also dissolve really well. The only time I had some clumps was when I was rushing and didn’t mix it as well as I should have. All in all, I’m super impressed. I have bought just about every flavor Ghost offers, including the ones in the tubs. I just picked up the new Ocean water as well when I reordered. All of these taste great, and are more or less the same flavor as the sour patch kids/etc. It's hard to tell the difference. After months of drinking the Cherry Limeade flavor, I did start to associate it with cherry cough syrup, but it is an artificial flavor, soooo... Still drinkable, but now that's what it makes me think of whenever I use that flavor. YMMV. I find that, using a 1qt bottle I am able to use about half of the packet per bottle and it's more than flavorful enough, and I personally find a whole packet for the same to be overwhelmingly strong. I also end up extremely thirsty if I guzzle a whole packet, so I usually use one packet per day to flavor two bottles of water (Don't tell Ghost! wouldn't want them to shrink the serving size!), and it stretches a while as a result. It took me almost 4 months to reorder, I was able to make to make three bags last that long. These are my go to when I've been out cooking in the wet blanket that is the Florida summer, and my chubby Coloradan self is dying of heatstroke. There's been more than one occasion that slamming a packet of this with two quarts of cold water has brought me back from being dehydrated and developing that heat casualty headache. Since it drives my thirst a bit harder too, I usually end up drinking even more water in addition. Awesome stuff! Definitely easy to overdo it with though. I would NOT recommend using these to just flavor your water if you're looking to do just that, there are other flavor options out there that won't throw your electrolytes out of balance. This is a sodium/potassium/electrolyte supplement and you CAN overdo it. If I use more than one a day, I find there's a noticeable increase in my Blood pressure. Use responsibly, otherwise you could very well end up hypernatremic, which isn't good for you either.

I am a huge fan of ghost cherry limeade energy drink! So, I had to give this a try. The flavor is delicious although it tastes nothing like the energy drink. It tastes more like a cherry slushy. It is very sweet. It is sort of expensive even though I got it on sale so it cost me just under $1 a packet. Cheaper than the energy drinks. Thought it would be a nice after workout drink since it has no caffeine and I already drink too many ghosts a day as it is. You can taste a little bit of the powder in it but I don’t mind it’s not bad . Overall, I would say this is a quality product and would recommend it. Super sweet! I use 1/2 a packet per water bottle and still pretty sweet.

This helps me with Hydration. I love that it is zero sugar. I am able yo drink more water with the use of this product. It has no aftertaste. The flavor is mild which I like. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Ghost is always delicious & tart, but can be watered down to taste. Took these on tour and helped a lot while travelling. Love Ghost because simple, good ingredients, and zero sugar. Little expensive for powder IV liquid packs but worth it to stay hydrated & great that the packs are portable a tasty flavor. Highly recommend and cheaper than cans. Only suggestion for Ghost is for a mix flavored variety bag!!

I should first say that I LOVE these packets. Especially the Cherry Limeade flavor. It tastes like I'm cheating with a real sonic Cherry Limeade. I would make them by the pitcher full and it was super helpful for helping me stay hydrated. I have used these packets for almost 6 months now and have been dealing with some pretty unmanageable eczema. I recently came across some research that supports evidence that Red Dye can wreak havoc on our gut's microbiome and cause dysbiosis which makes your gut lining more permeable and bad bacteria can leak from your gut and cause chronic inflammation/illness. I realized since I was drinking at least one packet of this a day that the red dye from it could be the culprit of my eczema. I decided to quit drinking these packets about 3 weeks ago and my skin has made a 70% turnaround. It is now healing, feels like skin again and along with a probiotic I am taking I am confident I will get my gut and skin back to status quo. I say all of this to say that I strongly suspect that the red dye in this electrolyte packet was a culprit. I absolutely loved it, the flavor, the nutritients, how easy it was for me to drink my water, but the red dye needs to be removed in order for me to purchase again. I'm hoping the manufacturer sees this and can use color alternatives! The photo I am attaching shows when I was consuming the electrolyte packets on a daily basis and 3 days after I stopped. I am not particularly sensitive to red dye either, it can happen to anyone who consumes enough of it. I was drinking roughly 1 packet a day for it to cause all my skin issues. Please please please find an alternative to the red dye 40 so I can go back to enjoying this delicious drink!

Not your traditional use, but our office go-to, when we are off the coffee for the day and need to hydrate. Sweet and mixes well with a little shaking.
