It does not work do not buy it
I used a couple of times and it does not turn on and pressure does not increase… no customer service available and basically money lost. Do not buy it

It only worked 4 times then broke.
Worked 4 times and then stopped working completely. Waste of money.

Purchasing one but disappointed ☹️ , feel don’t works at all , heard noise but the indicator lights not turned on. Amazon not supposed to have this problem cheap products from China to sell here. It’s make my inspection failed

Does not have a Drying Function
It works OK, but there's no Drying capability

works but the steam outlet lets out a TON of steam.
It sterilized my pouches BUT it is loud, and you have to make sure you have the steam outlet tube into a sink or something because it lets out A LOT of steam. Pretty much all of the water that it takes to sterilize the products, will come out that whole so make sure you have a place for all that water to accumulate into. Besides that, it did the job. I wish I would have just saved up a bit more money for an autoclave that doesnt let out the steam through the back end like this one does. I have to have a mop bucket to keep up with the back steam outlet. Also, I can't even have it running while I have clients because it is not quiet, or atleatst quiet enough, to where we forget about it. It's like someone turned on a white noise machine 10x.

broke after only a few uses.
I bought the "3 yr extended warranty" because I was not sure about the quality of this item. It broke after only a few uses with the smell of burnt electrics (fire hazard?) I was told by the warranty company that because the item was still under the manufacturers warranty I would have to deal with them. After 4 calls to Amazon and contacting the seller, I am finally getting a refund- Do not buy this item as it's heavy and a pain in the butt to return/repackage- and seeing the quality of this item, you most defiantly will need to return it.....

Works as should!
Works as should! For the price I cant complain.. Could have spent a lot more and got all the bells and whistles but didnt need them!
