No problems with these capacitors. I randomly tested around 10 of them and they all had good readings of around 102nF to 108nF. Rob :)

De-rates from 10uf to 7uf quickly at 30v polarity reversal.
I think you can use it for mild filtering dc. Quick delivery. Did my application I tested them on 30V DC reversing polarity with 2A current limit, every 1-2 seconds for about a minute. One short circuited, the 3 others I tested derated to 7uF. That doesn’t give me confidence in them. I will use them in 5V DC applications definitely not any circuits with combined voltages or mainly ac. I definitely wouldn’t use these in your hifi. I think the maximum current isn’t that high and at 10uf capacitance, the currents can easily get quite high and damage the capacitor. I am not really recommending them, even for the relatively low ish price. Your luck may vary, so feel free, I merely share my testing results. The photo shows the capacitance after testing, before it was 9.9uF.
