Nori Seaweed Sheets

Nori seaweed sheets are produced from the edible seaweed varietal Porphyra, a red sea weed that is grown in the South Pacific ocean as a cash crop. This sea weed only requires a 45 day maturation and can be harvested 3 times in a life cycle. This seaweed is a prime ingredient in sushi and Nori Goma Furikake. Use Nori as a wrap, or to add body to any soup.
