Very happy with this purchase. Is more versatile than many of the under-hoist jack stands and the attention to details on the design are nice (a lift handle, a parking spot for the second head, and chain to hold the adjustment pin). Love the separate rubber and cradled heads. I added a little grease to the heads and the screw before I started using and its very smooth. I do like how the lever to twist the head up or down is shorter and moves out of the way, however, you're not going to get much leverage out of it, so dont think you'll be using that short lever to actually lift 2000 lbs more than a couple inches before your hands get tired. But works well for tweaking the height up or down a couple inches to get those bolts to line up ;) You will love the round rubber pad head. Wish the heads had a spring-release instead of the screw, but they're fine for the price point.

When i opened it up i was instantly impressed with its quality. It was really well made and very sturdy. It looked great, and had a really nice lock feature. Made the job super easy i felt really safe while it held up my truck. It weighs about 25-30 lbs which makes it feel very sturdy. Easy to store in any shed or garage. So glad i bought this. 1000% recommend for anyone who is looking for an under hoist support!

Made with heavy gauge steel. Easy to put together. The only draw back for me that it's about 6 inches to short for my lift. I may add 6 inches to it or use 6 inch blocks under the stand. It also works well with my welding table when working on long items. Able to adjust with ease to achieve proper height.

Most definitely not a tool for professionals. It is definitely misrepresented in the pictures, as it looks more robust. I am a 30 year auto industry professional and I would not recommend this even to a do it yourselfer. Actually, it would be more dangerous to a non-professional. This product is garbage, go to Harbor Freight if you want a cost effective option or pony up for an OTC if you’re a professional.

Giving this a 4 star rating - I purchased 2 of these one turns easily and the other is a bear to twist under load. Applying grease makes to the contact points makes some difference in turning effort. Despite this, the jacks did the trick supporting/aligning axles for putting in a lift kit. I didn't find them wobbly but definitely not the same (stable) as using a tripod type stand. The underside of the jeep is on a lift 60+ inches up from the floor and these had plenty of adjustment for lifting the axles (with and without springs). Good for a weekend warrior but maybe not so great if you are using these to make a living.

the stand is very stout. The pakaging was so well done I saved the formed foam in case I need to store them later.

The fit between the base and extension is very sloppy. This leads to 3” of lateral movement when fully extended. I ended up welding mine together to get rid of the slop.
