Good quality mat
I use this mat for doing back exercises recommended by my physio. It is quite thick and very comfortable. The quality is excellent.

I have recently start Pilates and was borrowing my instructors matt and decided to give this matt a go as my first purchase.On first look it was a good thickness and colour matched the photo, the holder stretches over the sides so is easy to put on and off. After first use this morning it is perfect for Pilates.Would highly recommend
