Nice little Camera
Although this didn't work for me trying to find a leak in a 2" pool pipe, it is a nice reasonably price camera. The problem I had was trying to get around a 90 degree bend about 5 or 6 feet deep into the pipe. The wire was just a little to flimsy to get around the bend. The video image quality on the camera and the HD screen was surprisingly good. My guess is that this would work well for pipes in your home and for more of a straight run without multiple bends. Overall it was well worth the $35 bucks and a nice little gadget to have in your tool arsenal.

Amazing Product with So Many Uses
Bought this after breaking multiple units that plug into my phone. I use it for fishing walls in my electrical business. Having a view of what is happening in wall has saved me countless hours of labor. The camera performance is great paired with the light, you can easily see what’s in a wall with little effort. The stiffness of the cable can be a little problematic as it is more flexible than I would like. My workaround is to tape it to a fish rod and shove it in the wall. I can attest that it is indeed waterproof, I was caught in a rain storm where it was sitting on the tailgate of my truck and haven’t had any issues with it since. For the value this is a great product, it’s 1/4 to 1/2 the cost of its counterparts and performs the function it’s intended to. At the price point I don’t mind shoving it in a wall where it can get destroyed because it’s cheap enough to replace. Highly recommend to anyone in the trades.

Wish it took pictures
It works for internal inspections or hard to reach areas. If you need more light, point a flashlight in the direction. Wish it took pictures.

Works surprisingly well for the price. Long battery life and fairly decent camera.

Definitely NOT a sewer camera, but good value for what it is
The cable on this is definitely not stiff enough to be used as a sewer camera. But you can buy other cheap vinyl or other type of half-inch ID tubing, and that can help to push it into a0pipe, but it still will not go around corners unless you can get a tubing with the right properties (rigid and smooth enough to be pushed into a pipe but flexible enough to bend some). But at this price it is worth trying. It does have a decent picture and allows you to see where you otherwise could not. I was able to fix my plumbing issue with this and a $5 vinyl tube with a 1/2” ID to feed the camera several feet into the pipe (did not bend around corners though). With the camera cable alone you would be lucky to get more than a few feet into a pipe

Works as advertised, kind of
Works pretty well. It doesn’t have a lot of view distance in the dark (ducts of HVAC) which was kind of a bummer. Not sure if all cameras are that way but this thing couldn’t see past a few inches of where the light was hitting. If it’s not dark the image quality is fine. The cable holds pretty firm and is easy to manipulate. Decent product.

I absolutely love this inspection cam. The image is clear. It's a standalone device, meaning it doesn't need to be plugged into a phone or computer. The actual usage is extremely easy and intuitive. Each button does one thing, there are no menus, etc. One button will flip the image upside down. I wish it could flip 90degrees at the time, but physically turning the device 90 degrees is easy enough. One button will toggle the light between OFF/Low/Medium/High. 6 tiny LED lights surrounds the camera. One button is the power button (3 sec hold to turn on). One button is zoom in and another is zoom out. The zoom is digital, not optical. The length of the wire is way more than I will ever need, but it's not a big deal to keep it coiled up with the 2 velcro ties provided. The actual diameter of the thickness point of the insertable probe is 6mm, which is way smaller than my previous device. There are swappable ends so you can use: - a 45 degrees mirror, which is not great but could work in very specific situations (ie: trying to read the wire writings on a wire running in parallel) - a small hook - an end with a small magnet Honestly I would not recommend this device if your main use involves using the attachment, but they are a welcome addition for the occasional special cases. The device feels rugged and should last a long time. The screen is even recessed to protect it. Internal battery is 2000mAh @ 3.7V = 7.4 Wh. It can be charged using the provided USB-C cable which plug under a cover located on the right side of the device. When plugged in, there is no indicator on the screen, just an LED light besides the charging port. Unfortunately, the device is not water resistant. It's a great value and I am recommending it for dry applications. Edit: After doing further test in dark places, I noticed 2 issues that are significant: - The resolution is really low - The LED lights are causing reflections on the lense. These halo are not debris (my lense is clean) and really hinder the visibility in low light settings. To be clear, things in close proximity (within 30cm) are visible, but anything beyond that won't be distinguishable due to being out of focus, the low resolution and the halos. I'm derating my review as those are significant limitations.
