An athletes best friend ! Purchased for teenagers soccer cleats which smell terrible no matter how new they are. The aroma is very lavender and earthy but I does its job . After placing in wet soccer cleats overnight they not only masked the smell but removed it. I feel like the fact I can keep the cleats in the car now not in trunk speaks volume ! $ but more effective than any sprays or powders I’ve ever bought ! Will be buying for the entire family! Says 6-12 months it’s only been a few weeks but based on what it’s already done I’m impressed !

These boot bananas are amazing. They really work! I have canvas boat shoes and a pair of woolen slippers that get funky smelling but overnight on the boot bananas and almost all the odor is gone. They are pleasant smelling, I love the subtle lavender scent. Not sure how they absorb those stinky odors but they work wonders!

My husband has suffered with horrible stinky feet/boots since he was younger... We have tried everything...only clean feet and socks....trys not to get his boots wet even though they are waterproof ect. but nothing works. His boots are the only shoes he wears, working home everywhere so tjeu are well used! I was recently reschearching and came across these and thought why not let's try it!!! The best money we have spent. One hour after him putting the bananas in his boot no more stinky boots!! These are amazing! When he is not using them he keeps them in thr bag they came in. He had only put them back in his boots 2 times since and there has been no bad odor at all!!! I defenetly recommend and have recently bought my son some as well because he has the same problem!!

These did a fairly decent job at removing the stink from a new pair of tennis shoes I purchased that must have some unholy curse placed upon them. Despite being only two months old (and not a cheap shoe, much to my frustration), they REEK, and make my feet smell horrid as well even just after daily wear. I tried out these boot bananas after every shoe spray and old wives' trick failed to even make a dent in the smell of these shoes.I followed other users' instructions and left the bananas in my shoes for an entire weekend, and even placed them inside a plastic bag to try and trap all the "good smells" in with the shoes. Unfortunately the smell is still lingering, akin to if you were smelling a handful of lavender but you were just holding some stinky shoes. This is definitely an improvement on what they were before, which was revolting to say the least. I will still be keeping the bananas and placing them into my shoes each night to keep as much of the stink at bay as possible, as it does cut the smell down by about 75%. So long as you don't have shoes that were cursed by a stink demon, these boot bananas should work perfectly.

I love it, got it cause I was so tickled by the idea and loved the idea of it turning brown as it goes bad. Strong smell, not smelly, wish it smelled like bananas but it is sweet. Smell lingers in shoes for a long time and did correct the smell I was getting in them. Can't go back to regular shoe stuff not when this is an option

These work great for my work boots . Throw them in end of shift and boots stay fresh . They last a long time and will buy again !
