Less sweet, great in recipes
It is a very good replacement for white sugar. It has a noticeably different taste and texture, but is good in recipes. Less sweet than white sugar, obviously. I used it for low sugar jam because using honey tasted gross to me. This tastes very good in jam. We have also used it in sushi and my kids loved it.

Real Sugar
This is what pure unrefined real sugar tastes like! I see reviews that says it’s not as flavorful; they probably don’t know how unrefined straight from the sugar cane sugar tastes like. Great pure product!

Not as advertised
I received these today and they were not as advertised. Here is the description provided: "These coarse sugar crystals are golden brown in appearance, and have a rich sugarcane flavor." What I received looks like brown sugar texture, the sugar crystals are a fine sand texture at best. Please update your description to accurately reflect what you are selling.

I had purchased a different product previously, but it was no longer available. The flavor of this is not as pleasing to me as the other product I tried.

Rich savory taste of real sugar, smooth and satisfying
I found this sugar as a replacement for Rapunzel, which became unavailable in the summer of 2018. I love sugar that has been processed as minimally as possible. I don't notice any diminution of taste compared to Rapunzel. Price is pretty good, I heartily recommend. Replaces white sugar 1-to-1, for a less sweet and more balanced taste. I love it in everything! I think sugar gets a bad rap. People think corn syrup is sugar, when it is not. Natural sugar is more like a food than an awful additive. A little bit goes a long way!

It is now the only sugar I use
It actually feels good in your body, not a sugar high like white sugar. It is not as sweet. It mixes in well with anything I've used it for. I bake with it, put it in drinks. I am very happy with this product, and therefore giving it the 5 stars it deserves. I do use stevia as a go-to sweetener, but when it doesn't work - I use this.
