We used two of these to fly with our 2 month old and 2 year old. We had a Safety First toddler car seat in one and a Maxi Cosi infant car seat AND base in the other. Both worked perfectly. I stashed a package of diapers in with the infant car seat, with the toddler car seat I was also able to fit a Boppy Infant Lounger AND a My Brest Friend pillow. I wanted car seat bags that would hold up to the wear and tear of airline travel. These did the trick! If you’re like me and read a bazillion reviews before purchasing these one are the best. The structure of the bag makes it much easier to carry on your back. Other bags that are just covers let the car seat hit you in the back of the knees. This one keeps it up on your back. I’m short, 5’2, my husband is 6’, we each carried one of these on our backs with ease. We checked these as soon as we got to the airport and picked them up in baggage claim. Once we got our rental car and installed the car seats we used these bags to keep our stuff picked up when visiting family. Also they make a great dirty clothes hamper until you’ve worn all your clothes and it is time to go home, then transfer dirty clothes to suitcase and car seats back into the bags. This one of the few car seat bags that didn't mention the fabric taring. Very thick and durable feeling. The padding is not too substantial, but I don't think any of them really are. I just wrapped everything in a full size quilted blanket. The top handle is the only thing that I felt would break, but it didn't, so just don't make the bag too heavy. Ours was around 25 pounds, filled. I always carried it by the shoulder straps.Someone mentioned the zipper opening, so I was careful not to overload the bag. That being said, I was still able to fit; an infant car seat, a full-size backpack (wedged inside the car seat), a DockATot deluxe (upside-down on top of the car seat), an adult winter jacket (on the top portion of the bag), a baby winter jacket (on the top portion of the bag), and the full size quilted blanket around everything. I'm sure I could have still snuck a few clothes in the crevices if I wanted to.One more note, IT IS as big as the stock photo they provide!

I’m so glad I got this bag! I ordered this and another bag at the same time, and as soon as I opened them, there was no question that this one was much better quality. We’ve gate checked it on four flights with our Chicco KeyFit and base, and it did and awesome job protecting the car seat from dings, scratches, and dirt. As our little one grows, we will also use it for a larger car seat.It doesn’t fold up as little as some other bags, but that’s because it has a little padding and is made of thicker, higher quality material. It’s a bit of a trade off, but well worth it to me.It’s A little pricier than some other bags, but we plan to use it for a long time, and it’s held up really well. If you travel with it more than a couple of times, it’s well worth the higher price for the quality.

I wanted a bag for our twins' infant carseats. Saw there were quite a few inexpensive choices for bags however most of them were for GATE checking. We planned on doing COUNTER checking with our suitcase so we needed something that was going to be very durable. Once I received our order and opened up the box I new it was going to be exactly what I wanted and expected! The material is a thick canvas "denim", padded back, straps which were also adjustable.It fit our Chicco Keyfit30+ base no problem and there was a lot of extra room to pack other items.* Side note: Most, if not all airlines will allow stroller & carseats free of charge so I was able to pack the babies' clothes, extra blankets, wipes, my shoes, etc in the extra space of this bag!

Loved the color, light weight (but sturdy) with the shoulder straps. The first time we used it to fly, it came out of baggage claim with a small puncture tear in the top. Not a big deal and can be patched, but wish the fabric wouldn't have ripped on the first time.

This appears to be a very well made product. sturdy material, thick padding. full zipper closure which is much more secure than draw string. It should be one of the better car seat carriers on the market. However we are returning it before even taking it on a trip. The only reason being this is a VERY bulky bag, with all the thick paddings and materials. It does not have a stow away pouch, and does not fold well due to the stiff material. It comes in a box the size of a desktop computer and will not fit back in after opening. my wife and I travel very light, even with two kids now we still try to maintain minimum luggage. a bulky bag like this just will not fit in to our travel style, especially if you think about it, most of the time it will remain empty in a rental car's trunk. in that case we'd like to see it neatly tugged away instead of sprawled open and take up space. It's a good quality bag (i think, without testing), but sadly it has to go

Great product ! We've gotten 3 years of use out of these before a broken strap - I say this is a HUGE win knowing how these are treated in airline travel. Just ordered 2 more - we were so pleased with the quality/price and how long they lasted in such great shape !

My wife and I purchased this car seat bag for traveling with our son. It’s been on two trips so far and will be going on many more! We can fit our Chico Bravo car seat with the base in it very easily. Also worth doing is packing the car seat itself with diapers, toys and whatever else you might need, so you can free up room in your other checked bags. The bag is so nice and seems very sturdy that I can imagine us using it as a general purpose duffel bag well into the future. A great buy for traveling parents!

Could not rate this product enough! I had no idea these bags exist and I used to wrap our car seats £10/each time , wrapping service not always available so trying to wrap the seats with all sorts to prevent damage. This has changed the way we travel. We have two children so we needs lots of stuff: car seats , prams , luggage etc and always find it very hard at the airport especially the trip from the car to the check in and back. These bags can go over your shoulder , are sturdy and can fit pretty much any car seat you have (ours is huge but still fits in!)They have been on 2 short and 2 long haul flights and still are as good as new :)Even if they rip I would buy the exact same ones again. Amazing product!

great size and easy to carry

Really pleased with this! Used it on a long haul flight to put our car seat in the hold and it came back unscathed. Had heard horror stories of car seats getting damaged / dirty so this was why we purchased the bag. It's a very generous size and was very useful as we were able to fit our car seat (a Maxi Cosi Pebble Plus), a big pack of nappies, our baby's Sleepyhead Deluxe and some other bits and pieces, so saved us valuable room in our suitcases! Would definitely recommend for travelling.

Not used it properly yet but it’s really well made, big enough for a 0-9 morning the cat seat and fits like s rucksack which is great.....and was pretty inexpensive too!!

Realy high quality product. Zips, fabric choice - strength and appearance, padding, straps - everything is just top notch.Only "concern" might be that there is nowhere to protect the straps when it is checked in. If at-Gate and removed at-Gate (as is intended) that is fine, of course - but if the dumb airline puts it on the conveyor on arrival, then the straps may become caught. (And your lovely bag ruined).For the price this is an amazing bag though. Don't hesitate to buy it.
