Took an online class through IUPUI with the author of this book. My husband ended up reading the book as well. We both found the fundamentals of personal finance easy to understand, and easy to apply to our own personal situations. The book also gave us both a great understanding of what it means to make purchases, and how to evaluate risk in those purchases in order to make an educated decision. We both agree that someone looking to just understand their money this book is definatly a great read.

Haeberle has written a great book on how to manage ones finances which is actually useful in the real world.I have read many money saving self-help books, but this book is by far the most helpful yet. This is not only easy to read and understand, it will be a continued resource in my daily walk to healthy finances. I wish I could turn back time and read this book when I was 18!

This is a well written personal finance book of instructions. Delivered in a manner that is easily read by common folk, this book offers individuals the tools and the opportunity to improve one's financial position using basic math and common sense.
