These bars are so good! The flavors are extremely accurate. They're softer and less chewy than Quest bars and have a pretty balanced texture/mostly soft! The Apple Pie one is probably the least soft and most chewy compared to Mint and PB&J. I kept waiting for a typical protein taste to find its way to my senses, but it never happened. I truly found myself questioning whether or not these were actually protein bars. They all took me by surprise. Very glad I tried these out and highly recommend!! Apple Pie: This flavor is definitely true to that of an apple pie/dessert! It has the classic spices you’d expect and is better than I thought! It actually kinda reminds me of an apple streusel more than a pie. All the flavor is there without that protein taste. PB&J: This one tastes just like it’s coated in peanut butter and is the perfect consistency. The jelly part of it is much thinner than in the photo, but I think it’s a perfect ratio and has just the right blend of salty and sweet. It has peanuts in it as well, so it adds a nice crunch. Mint Chocolate Chip: SO good! If you’re craving mint chocolate chip, this will totally do the job! I did not have super high expectations for this bar, because protein bars are usually pretty steady as far as taste. However, I am amazed at how freakin good these are!! Right off the bat, the first bite instantly reminded me EXACTLY of those Andes mints. I am very impressed.
