Only way to talk to them is via a chat on their website and their answer is, we took the website down during Christmas! Whatever..:company is a joke! Great Machine, But Larger Pieces Don’t Fit Together
This is a great buy! We love the machine and all of the colors it comes with. The only downside is that larger items, which are printed in separate pieces, don’t fit together correctly. For example, a sword was printed in two parts—the handle and the blade—but the pieces didn’t fit together, which was disappointing for my son.
