Nice transition from Chromebook
I didn't know exactly what I was looking for but this was it. Transitioning from the chromebook lover into wanting to get something that felt more Adult and serious. Aesthetically nice, feels high end, love the mousepad divider for left and right. Love the fingerprint scan feature. Makes me feel secure and modern. I like have a laptop that most people in the room don't have outside of apple, hp, dell and Chromebooks.

Extremely disappointed. (SSD failed and missed all data !) without any support.
Extremely disappointed. My VAIO laptop’s SSD failed within the stated warranty period, yet I received no meaningful support. I had to pay out of pocket to fix it urgently and lost important data. Warranty terms looked good on paper, but in practice, AMAZON did not stand behind them. I would STRONGLY not recommend this brand. Awful seller and policy. BestDigitalBuy hides behind Amazon’s rule that “You have 90 days from the date of your order to contact the seller”, which means once something fails later, you literally cannot even write a review them. No support, no accountability, and misleading warranty expectations. Avoid this seller.

Estoy muy satisfecho con el desempeño, llegó en excelentes condiciones, pensé que sería un poco más grande, pero de ahí en fuera no hay fallas, la configuración de RAM, SSD M.2 y procesador es la descrita en la publicación y no he notado ningún lag. El único pero que le pongo es que el volumen es muy bajo
