Scary but works
First off, I mixed 30ml of resin 1:1 ratio. I mixed it hard, I wanted to really test this thing. I put it in the machine and within 2 minutes I was panicking because it looked like it was making more bubbles but I decided to trust the process. I waited a total of 10 minutes and it completely cleared up. There were a couple of big bubbles on top but as soon as I turned it off they popped. I waited a minute before I tried to remove the top and it came off without any issues. I wouldn’t mix more than half the container your resin is in because it did bubble up quite a bit. There is enough room for 3-4 standard mixing cups. They fit without issue in terms of height. It’s not quiet but not obnoxiously loud either.

Buy a brand name machine not this one
Does not work very well at all and takes too long to remove the little bubbles it does remove not a good option the price says it all I will be returning this today

Big mess x 2 means I trashed it
Easy to use. Mostly did what it advertised. If left too long your resin started curing in its mixing container and there’s no built in timer so you best be paying attention. Ultimately I threw it out (return period had passed) because no matter how careful I was, taking the lid off post vacuum resulted in me upsetting the container of resin inside. It’s my first vacuum machine thing so I don’t know how the others operate, but when your cycle is done you pry the lid off. It’s a big lid. Yes there are hand grips so maybe I’m clumsy. The second time I was unable to remove the lid without dumping resin all in it, it went in the trash.

You gave to cut cups
I absolutely love it. But it can't take regular measuring cups. You have to cut them down to make them fit, or waste money on a second set of shorter cups that don't have measurements.

Best thing
I absolutely love love this machine. It eliminates so many bubbles in the resin. While he resin in the machine it allows me to prepare other stuff to do my project. Really recommend

Works great! A few tips...
The media could not be loaded. I needed to degas my projects but as a casual resiner I didn't want to invest in a full pressure pot or vacuum chamber, so this unit looked interesting. After some experiments, I eventually got it to do what I needed, and it does an amazing job, I'm very pleased. Here's what I learned...1) Warm the resin for best results. I use very slow cure (48 hour) resin, so I use a heat gun at a distance while mixing to keep the resin to an an almost water-like viscosity. With a slow set resin there's no need to worry about thermic reaction, but with a faster-setting resin probably better to warm the A and B before mixing so it doesn't flash. Without heating the resin, I was still getting quite a few bubbles due to the viscosity.2) 10 minutes is the sweet spot. The instructions say 5 mins, but I still had quite a few bubbles left at that point. Ten minutes did the trick - and longer than that didn't seem to make much difference.3) Protect the bottom of the bowl with some kind of tray. Sometimes the degassing process creates bubbles that spill out of the container. I use a large Tupperware-type lid and/or paper towel for easy cleanup.4) Stick with projects a half-gallon or smaller. The largest project I've done with this so far is about 3/4 gallon, and that was definitely pushing the boundaries. Larger jobs will require more robust degassing equipment.Happy resining!

Doesn’t work
I was really excited to use this product and improve the quality of my epoxy pieces but unfortunately this product just doesn’t work. I’ve tried using it many times trying different tips and tricks when I realized following the instructions wasn’t working. For some reason instead of getting rid of the bubbles it only multiplied them. I tried heating up the resin, mixing it for different amounts of time, I tried trusting the process and waited the full time hoping when I opened it it would go away but it did not. It was too many to even use a heat gun to remove. If you can get it to work it isn’t loud and is easy to operate but sadly I couldn’t get it to work.

Great Product! Experiment to
This works great, in my experience (used it 4 times so far) it takes longer than 3-5 minutes more like 7-8 minutes but definitely removes almost all of the bubbles. A heat gun on the top of the mixing cup takes care of any stragglers. In my opinion it’s worth the investment.
