How to stop it from over-flowing ?
Our fur-babies love the fountain and drink from it often daily. One issue we have frequently and would like to know is ‘why it overflows every so often?’ I am considering getting something different unless there is something we can do to prevent this from happening.

Recommended. Water is very clear without charcoal pieces.
I switched to this brand after being slightly dissatisfied with another that put a lot of charcoal in the water. THIS one does not do that. A week in and the water is nice and clear.
