Pretty good bench for home workouts. Not as sturdy as it claims to be, but it gets the job done. I don’t recommend this bench for people on the larger side or with wide backs (like me). The bench is good for basic weight lifting and workouts. Easy to install and set up. Folds so you can make room for things. Decent size but for the money, it’s okay.

Just what I wanted. Easy assembly. Sturdy and stable. Decent price. Easy to store if necessary for extra needed space. Adjustable. Can do multiple lift types. Can use with or without my bench.

I'm 6' 220lbs and its perfect for me. Fits perfectly in my apartment and has a great feel to it. Super easy to store and set up. I highly recommend this item.

Bench is not secure at all! Completely broke after a few weeks of us by a 125 lbs teenager. Contacted customer service and was told they would replace it. They never sent a replacement and then ignored multiple follow up emails. DO NOT BUY!!

I read a lot of reviews before buying, the price point was amazing for this item. It is sturdy but a larger person would probably want something wider. I’m 5’5 so I have no complaints, it’s sturdy and very light making it easy to move around and adjust. We have it set up in our home gym and like the fact that it has a decline function which a lot of the more expensive ones didn’t. It is easy to use and so far it had made our workouts better and more productive.

Works good for price point, but is very light and is not very sturdy. I like that you can lay it flat and decline if needed. Easy to store as it is so light and small. Not very stable though. Cannot sit barbell on it.

Ich habe nach einer vielseitigen, aber platzsparenden Hantelbank für mein kleines Home-Studio gesucht – und wurde mit der FitinOne mehr als glücklich! Der Aufbau war wirklich simpel: In knapp 10 Minuten stand sie einsatzbereit da, ohne dass ich groß schrauben oder wuchten musste. Die Tatsache, dass sie bereits weitgehend vormontiert geliefert wird, ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Die Bank bietet alle Einstellungen, die ich brauche: flach, schräg, negativ und sogar eine Decline-Position für Bauchübungen. Die Verstellung der Rücken- und Sitzfläche geht schnell und sicher, die Metallarme rasten zuverlässig ein. Besonders überrascht hat mich die Stabilität: Trotz des leichten Gewichts (ca. 9 kg) wackelt nichts, selbst bei intensiven Bankdrücken mit Kurzhanteln. Die angegebene Belastbarkeit von 300 kg wirkt vertrauenserweckend – ich traue mich, auch mit mehr Gewicht zu arbeiten. Das klappbare Design ist der zweite große Vorteil: Nach dem Training klappe ich sie einfach zusammen und stelle sie platzsparend in die Ecke. Sie ist leicht genug, um sie auch mal in den Garten zu tragen. Die Polsterung ist angenehm fest, die Oberfläche abwischbar und pflegeleicht. Fazit: Wer eine funktionale, stabile und dabei extrem platzsparende Hantelbank sucht, wird hier fündig. Die FitinOne überzeugt durch cleveres Design, einfache Handhabung und ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für Einsteiger und Fortgeschrittene gleichermaßen geeignet – eine absolute Kaufempfehlung für jedes Home-Gym!

Really quality bench for the money. Really easy to set up, practically built for you. Packs away to a reasonable size to store in a corner or Cupboard. Used it for chest and shoulder so far. Flat, incline, full and its not budged at all. Solid and comfortable. The resistance bands that come with it seem abit pointless to me. Not much movement in them really but I wasn't particularly bothered for them. I wondered about the quality for the cost but im glad I took a punt. If you're wanting a multifunctional bench on a budget, don't look any further 👍

für diesen Preis hätte ich nicht so eine gute Qualität erwartet, leichte Montage da vormontiert geliefert, sehr schnelle Lieferung und diese war sehr gut verpackt, bin wirklich begeistert vom Preisleistungsverhältnis geeignet für den Freizeitbereich dafür ausreichend
