With 45 days, essentially one business trip, the backpack functioned great; however, the ‘B’ in the Briggs & Riley lettering on the backpack fell off somewhere. Unfortunately, I now have a ‘Riggs & Riley backpack 😟Unfortunately, a new product idea to attach the lettering with some sort of adhesive does not work, and in my opinion, this product does not meet the company's durability and quality standards.
