Really happy with this smart bulb, it was easy to set up and works perfectly with homekit and the app. The light quality is great, and I love how you can switch between warm and cool tones depending on the mood. I did have a small issue when trying to connect it to Apple HomeKit after changing broadband, but the Meross technical support team were fantastic. They responded quickly, guided me through resetting the lamp, and helped me get everything working again in no time. It’s rare to find such helpful and friendly support these days! Everything’s been running smoothly since, and I’ll definitely be buying more bulbs from Meross in the future.

I’m in the process of smart enabling my home and bulbs play a key part to this. This Meross bulb was very easy to set up using their app and provided instructions. The process was easier than other bulbs I’ve used with SmartLife. I prefer to keep my control in one place but more of that later. Once setup on your WiFi the Meross app is very easy at controlling the light in/off, brightness and colour using an intuitive wheel arrangement. The app is nicely layer out and simple to understand. I set up a schedule very quickly enabling the light to be switched on at sunset and turn off at 10pm. However I couldn’t seem to control the brightness and colour setting via a schedule which was a little disappointing. Scenes can be created with preset colour and brightness to easily set a mode light. For me though having a single place to control all my smart things is important and so Alexa integration was next on my list. Just add the Meross skill, sign-in and Alexa quickly discovered the new bulb. I found that the Alexa routines allowed me to set colour and brightness (unlike the schedules in the Meross app) which allowed me to set the bulb up as my front door light. The routine switches the bulb on at sunset at max brightness and daylight white. Then at 10pm I dim the light to 10% on a warm white setting. Then at 3am I have Alexa switch the light off. Works well giving me bright light when visitors typically arrive, then dimming later to avoid disturbing the neighbours. I would like to try linking this with a motion sensor so I could increase brightness for say 5 mins when motion detected. Long review but a nice bulb with a simple app that integrates with Alexa easily.

Fantastic smart lightbulb for the price. Astoundingly bright, it has lit up my entire room far more than my previous bulb did. It’s easy to adjust the brightness, white tone and colours on the app, along with more advanced scheduling and scenes. It was easy to setup, taking only a few minutes until I could change colours and mess around with the app. I would highly recommend it. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because of the lack of Apple HomeKit support.

I have many Meross products in the smart home, originally with Alexa then I changed over to Apple Home, and both products work great. Good brightness, range of colours and immediate response. I had an issue with 1 bulb recently and I contacted Meross, superb service, quick replacement resolution, faultless service. Highly recommend these bulbs and the Meross products.

I recently purchased the Meross MSL120 smart colour-changing WiFi bulbs, and I couldn't be happier with that decision. Setting up each bulb took just a few minutes, and the process was incredibly self-explanatory. The Meross app is a very easy to use - well-designed, simple, and easy to navigate. Adjusting brightness, colours, and functionality is very easy, resulting in seamless control over the lighting environment. Integration with various smart home ecosystems like Alexa, Google Home, and Smart Things is effortless. Creating rooms and controlling lights individually or collectively couldn't be simpler. The brightness range of these bulbs is impressive, from a dazzling 100% down to a subtle 1%. The contrast between these extremes surprised me, ensuring the perfect lighting for any occasion. Personally, I'm partial to the crispness of white light and the cozy ambiance of warm light, but the vibrant colours are also a fun touch. One of the standout features for me is the peace of mind these lights offer. As a pet owner, I appreciate being able to remotely illuminate my home for my dog if I'm delayed and it's getting dark. Overall, I recommend the Meross MSL120 smart colour-changing WiFi bulbs. They offer exceptional functionality, ease of use, and versatility, making them a must-have for any smart home setup.

After two years of use, one of the bulbs began malfunctioning, frequently reconnecting and switching on unpredictably. I reached out to the Meross support team, and after a brief troubleshooting process, they promptly sent me a replacement. Truly impressed by their efficient and responsive customer service.

So these were a great buy. Set up was easy and they worked great…until I updated my WiFi and now my WiFi connection is too good for the bulbs to work. What?! How is that a thing?! So now I have to waste these after just 6months or so and buy new ones.

They work great. I can connect it to Google home and control it using there. But the Meross app has more colors because there is a color wheel instead of Google home using preset colors. Sometimes when using the Meross app widget there is a slight delay of about 3 - 4 seconds. But when using the app directly it’s about 1 - 2 seconds. Could be something with my wifi
