This printer is amazing!!! The prints are very high quality I love it!! I had noting but glowing reviews for the engineers that have helped me with trouble shooting problems. They are nothing short of amazing nice people. There is a time difference so I can’t work with them till evening which works out great as I am at work during the day anyhow. There definitely is a learning curve to the printer itself and not for someone who plans on printing less than daily…. But for me well worth the wait! My printer actually got ruined in a shipment of chemicals and I had to be sent a second one it was a long wait but not the fault of Punehod it was UPS fault. The company themselves were chatting with me every single step of the way and I always got an answer.

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! In The beginning printer was great. I had this printer six months before I set it up because I knew I would need to do daily maintenance. When I finally set it up I used for six months and had issues with the white and was told I needed a new printhead. They shipped a new one and I had to install (headache) took me hours! Not even two months after the printhead was installed the white ink started messing. All the while I had started doing maintenance twice a day (morning, night) just to be sure printhead would not go bad. I continued using the printer as it wasn’t bad. Now I’m having another issue. It’s a waste of money and cs do not try to solve the issue or let you know how the issue could have happened but instead tell you to spend more money. I will never give this brand or Procolored another dime of my money. I’m so furious with the money I’ve spent to not even get a year of printing.

I am absolutely thrilled with the performance of the DTF machine. One of the things I love most about it is how effortless it was to set up. Granted, I work with software and printers on a daily basis, so I may have a bit of an advantage in that regard. However, even those who are less tech-savvy should be able to get it up and running with minimal effort. The customer service provided by the manufacturer is also top-notch. They are always quick to respond to any inquiries or concerns you may have and are eager to help you out in any way they can. I can't recommend this product highly enough, and I would definitely urge anyone in the market for a DTF machine to consider this one. One thing I would suggest is to make sure you watch the step-by-step instructions carefully that are in the White USB thumb drive. This will help you avoid any potential hiccups during the setup process and ensure that you get the most out of the machine.

As a first-time DTF printer purchaser, I opted for the Poonhod DTF Printer L1800 mainly due to its price point and positive reviews. It seemed like a great starting option for someone new to DTF printing. One key point I want to emphasize is the importance of maintenance. When you have a DTF printer, it's crucial to run a clean cycle if more than two days go by without printing. If you don’t, the ink can dry and cause significant problems with the printer, such as clogging the drainage tube, which can make power cleaning or head cleaning a challenge. I highly recommend educating yourself on proper maintenance practices. Don’t be afraid to clean the print head regularly—get yourself some good swabs like those used for photo lenses and cameras, along with alcohol and print head cleaning solution. My experience with the printer has been positive overall. Most issues I've encountered were due to user error, such as occasionally struggling with single sheet loading. Sometimes, I have to manually ensure the sheet is loaded.

The first time I bought a DTF printer two years ago it was a nightmare, I was really scared to buy another one but I needed it and I saw another comment here saying that they had a great experience with customer service so I decided to give it a try. Best thing I did! The installation was completely easy, I followed the step by step video they sent with it and there was no mistakes. Two months after buying I needed to contact their customer service and it was very easy and fast. I felt safe and heard. The printing is great, installation is easy peasy, customer service 10/10. I'm very happy with it

I was having an issue with lights flashing. Contacted customer service thru Skype and they ran thru everything with what I needed to do. In less then a half hour they had me back up and running. They are great and know what they are doing. Very pleased with the purchase!!

This worked amazing for 6 weeks. I had it for 8. 2 of those I waited for Ink and the supplies to use it It now does not work after and Update and I have been hassled from one end of the phone line to another when I promptly reached out to them and Amazon for help! Very very infuriating because of the amount of money that was invested and spent on this. We all seem to fall for all these products and it is all ran by people from out of the country. They do not understand us and I am SO disappointed. 2.5 months later still fighting with them! All I wanted was to exchange it. Worked great for the 3 items I got to make

We have enjoyed the A3 L1800 printer. It prints excellent quality DTF images. We did have one issue recently with our waste ink pump so we were able to contact technical support for assistance on Skype. They were extremely helpful with troubleshooting the issue and finding the problem. With the equipment under warranty, the replacement part was shipped to me. They offer great assistance and detailed videos via Skype which is very helpful.
