Awesome smooth coffee better than Mellow Birds coffee....
With the price of Mellow Birds coffee becoming so expensive I was on the hunt for a smooth tasting coffee. I found this Japanese blend 114 super smooth, Mellow with no bitter aftertaste. Delicious!

Bad flavor
Hate the flavor and is too bad they don’t accept returns. Very unsatisfied!

This is the best for us … so far
If you want to have a bolder option you should check out the 117 blend. The 114 has become our “daily blend” and had to compete with a bunch of other options including drip coffee, Nespresso, drive thru (Starbucks), etc. I have to admit I never imagined that freeze dried instant coffee would ever be a top contender. UCC has been in this game a while in Japan and they have got that mass appeal down. This is like the Acqua di Gio of the instant coffee world. I originally purchased the 114 to make the popular whipped Dalgona coffee with Oatly (oat milk) but it quickly became my go to for daily caffeine needs as well.

Probably the best instant coffee blend
Great flavor, probably the best instant coffee blend out there, has helped me drastically reduce my Starbucks coffee expenses.
