I bought 2 last year worked so well I ordered 6 more for the whole house. Pros Price vs value Well made Loud integrated alarm, you can turn off if you wish Works perfectly with Smartthings Batteries last long Good range, no disconnects Cons A little chunky, to accommodate Aaa batteries

Great value, and works perfect with Samsung SmartThings hub. Installed near sump two weeks ago, heard alarm and notice on my phone last night that water was detected. I went down to the basement to find water just cresting the sump pit and my sump pump barely working. A trip to local hardware store to pick up an emergency pump and a new sump pump and had it installed quickly. If you are thinking about getting these, just do it. I wasn’t really interested in the audible alarm but it was the first thing I noticed before looking at phone notifications.

The sensors themselves are very well built and the alarm sound is very strong. Unfortunately, compared to Zigbee water sensors from other brands (e.g. Samsung SmartThings) they tend to constantly disconnect from my hub (Hubitat), even in the same room. I tried to put them side by side with other sensors in other rooms, and they disconnect from the hub while the others remain connected without any issues...
