Beautiful and Solid
We love the bunk bed. Assembly is a bit time consuming but not difficult, it is HEAVY, lol...so it was tough as a single lift (as to be expected). It looks fabulous - very elegant and grown up, it's sturdy (be sure to tighten the screws and bolts well), it doesn't shake when occupied, the trundle is being used as blanket storage, but it will further anchor the set if a bed is placed there. Great buy!

Good but it does have some quirks.
It is a lot harder to put together than you would imagine. One of the doors was pre-drilled a half an inch off in 10 different places. Which made the door not fit and very hard to put on. I then took off the door re-drilled myself where it should be and now it’s wonderful.

Bad experience
This bed took around 5 hours to put together with 2-3 people. Directions could be more clear (mainly just pictures). Shipping was also delayed by a week. However, once it was finally up, we had our first guest over (153 lb woman). Once she sat on the end of the bed, one of the panels instantly snapped. It says it’s supposed to hold up to 600lbs buy it clearly does not.

Good quality, takes patience to assemble
Instructions are very good step by step.All items considered there is over 1100 pieces to handle.Amazing manufacturing, the parts fit together great.

Annoying
Takes way to long to install & no instructions on how to put together the cabinet.. PAIN IN THE ASS

A nightmare to put together
Comes in a zillion pieces. Instructions are difficult to follow. You are better off buying one from a brick and mortar store and having it installed.

Easy to put together
Easy to follow instructions. And looks great. Only issue is it came with bolts to attach to a brick or cement wall. Had to hire someone to attach to sheetrock wall. But still very happy. Using in a small crafts room which saves on space.Does not include mattress but I found one on Amazon that is 10” thick and comfortable. Fits bed perfectly.

5 hours for 2 people to put together!!
Instructions were very small and difficult to read. Only half the pieces were labeled ! My husband and I put it together and it took about 5 hours. Still haven’t secured it to the wall and the piston is really firm, causing the whole back to tip down. I’m afraid it will rip out the sheet rock out.
