DO NOT BUY
Amazon didn’t let my original review post so I’m trying again. DO NOT buy this product for the following reasons:1. I experienced an error trying to sign a transaction (send money) almost immediately. Can you believe Keystone support asked me to upload a video, seriously, a VIDEO!!!, of the QR code presented during the transaction that failed. Are you kidding me??? That’s absolute insanity; ignoring security and privacy which is the ENTIRE POINT OF HW WALLETS, especially air-gapped HW wallets. From this support request I realized their Support resources have NO CLUE as to the functionality of their products/devices. Their support doesn’t even address the basic concepts of the device you want to purchase TO PROTECT YOUR FUNDS. No secure support (they asked me to upload a video of the QR code via telegram and then via email! Email??) It’s hard to even conceptualize their idiocracy!!! Telegram and emails are not secure and possibly the WORST support options available. (And you want to trust the protection of your your funds with this company???b) I asked for secure upload link multiple times and they just ignore my request. Is this company working out of a garage?2. It’s been almost 3 months and Keystone continues to ignore my support requests.3. Keystone is willing to refund my money, but still ignores the problem with their defective device4. No regular battery cover included with Pro 3. We all know rechargeable batteries only last so long. The previous version included a back cover that allowed you to use regular alkaline batteries. This is paramount for the longevity of the device. I mean, what happens when someone dumps a dozen BTC on this device and doesn’t touch it for 10 years? The rechargeable will battery fail and the device will not work.5. Don’t use Shamir secret keys. Keystone and Trezor HW wallets support Shmir’s Secret Keys. If you use a SSK with Keystone you’re 100% reliant on Trezor (which is a great company) because Keystone and Trezor, at this time, appear to be the only companies that support SSK.6. This mistake can be permanent if you set your consensus layer fee recipient address to an address whose private keys are protected by this device. Only option is to exit your validators and restart with a new wallet address and I think KEYSTONE SHOULD PAY FOR THIS SINCE THEIR DEVICE IS DEFECTIVE!!!7. I’m going to seek reparations from Keystone due to these problems and will seek legal counsel considering the their negligence.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. JOIN ME IN A CLAS ACTION LAW SUIT!!!

Love the fact that it’s 100% air-gapped and not accessible via WiFi. When they say “COLD storage” it truly fits the definition 100%Highly PLEASED ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend it
Bottom Line: If you’re tired of hardware wallets with small screens and physical buttons, the Keystone 3 Pro is a great alternative. Plus, it integrates with MetaMask giving you easy access to DeFi.

The device doesnt have an option to connect to the keystone companion app anymore
I just recently got this device i set it up following the step by step guide that is built in device in creating/importing wallet for the first time. I updated it using webusb like they offered no issues there paired it with the okx app no issue there paired with vespr wallet no issue there and paired with the Tonkeeper wallet no issue there but the device has no option to pair to the official keystone companion app. This is a huge error on the company and this NEEDS to be fixed ASAP. Otherwise the developers shows they don’t care about their consumers. I am very tech savvy so this isn't user error this is development issue. Don’t even try to pass the puck with me just fix your product.

Dissatisfied with battery
Needed a hardware wallet that is open source as opposed to ledger which I also own. It works well but the biggest issue is the erratic battery as others have mentioned. Works well with suiet wallet for Sui; solflare for solana and sparrow wallet for BTC on desktop only(MacBook). I love the passprhase support for extra security. The battery drains out of nowhere and it dies. I initially thought it became bricked. The supplier of the battery is substandard, I hope keystone fixes this. Will not buy again until newer model.

Battery Issues - Don't waste your money
I purchased this a few months ago as I was looking for a hardware wallet alternative to Ledger. It seems to work quite well overall (uses QR codes so you don't need to physically plug your device into a PC). The fingerprint reader is a little clunky (usually takes me several attempts to read my fingerprint.)However, the biggest issue I have is that I have owned this device for just a few months now and the battery is completely dead and will not charge. I have to have it plugged in at all times to use it. I checked some online forums and some users had some similar issues with no resolution and that their support is very unresponsive.I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a hardware wallet.
