This is my first time being diligent about protein in my life. My dietician recommended this to me and said it would help build muscle after weight loss. I feel that it is easy to use, blends well, not too thick, and is digestible. I mix it in a smoothie shaker bottle with almond milk and the chocolate flavor is a little treat for me. This protein powder tastes great and comes in many flavors if chocolate isn't your favorite. The price is reasonable. I am seeing a difference after using this for about 3 weeks, but I also pair it with working out for best results. I'm happy I started this weight loss and protein journey and can't wait to see myself transform.

Great protein powder, the best I've found. It's not filled with a bunch of extra junk, it tastes good and it's not overly expensive. The container used to be a bit bigger previously but that's not something specific to this product, that's happening everywhere. With that being said it's still a great deal. Smells like chocolate, is easily digestible, mixes well, is easy to use. and the scoop size is good. I don't really have any qualms or downsides to speak of

Excellent product, best bang for the buck imho. Chocolate is the best flavor for me. Cookies and Creme is also tasty. This is 30 grams of protein per serving. About a dollar each. Cheaper than a protein drink. Caveat: Tough to disolve. Get yourself a shaker as it's difficult to mix. I put some milk and powder in the shaker and shake it up. Take it before or after workouts. It will relieve workout muscle aches. After treadmill to keep the legs from getting sore. Perfect for old geezers like me. Brush your teeth AFTER you drink it, as it sticks to your teeth big time. If you get bad smelly gas, you're getting to much protein. So don't over due it or people will avoid you, lol. Easily digested. No gut aches. Happy workouts to you!

Price per gram of protein is amazing for this powder. The protein sometimes has trouble blending but for the price point and amount of protein per scoop it is worth the trade off. It does suppress appetite quite well and if you mix in a spoonful of unsweetened cocoa powder it really tastes amazing. Highly recommend for price point and grams of protein per serving. There are better proteins but they cost a lot more and this does the job just fine.

Six Star Nutrition protein powder seriously exceeded my expectations. It mixes smoothly and tastes exactly like chocolate milk—no chalky texture, no weird aftertaste. It actually feels like a treat instead of a chore to drink, which is rare for protein. It’s perfect post-workout or even just when you want something chocolatey without the guilt. Great flavor, great quality, and it keeps me feeling fueled and satisfied.

This protein powder mixes with 8 ounces water and tastes great. Tastes like chocolate milk and no after taste. It has 30 grams of protein with 1 scoop serving. I just pour 8 ounces of water over the powder in a glass and whisk it with a small manual hand whisk and it dissolves very nicely.

Love this protein powder. The cost per ounce is less than the big bags I was buying at Costco, and the flavor is so good - it does not have that weird artificial flavor that so many protein powders have. It also mixes easily with NO CLUMPS (thank goodness) in a mason jar with a shaker ball. I like that it has some additional nutrients and benefits, although to be honest I don’t know a ton about what they do - but I’m on a GLP so drink two shakes a day, and I will take all the boosts I can get. My only regret is that it doesn’t seem to come in larger containers. But the label removes easily and the plastic container is very sturdy, so I’ve been repurposing them for storage and to use around my farm.

Protein is decent quality, provides a solid 30g of protein per serving but it is a mix of whey concentrate and whey isolate, so not the cleanest of protein blends on the market. Flavor is ok but not great. Carb content is reasonable at 8 grams, but it could be lower (especially the 2g of sugar) considering it’s sweetened with Sucralose. For the price it’s reasonable value, gets the job done, and mixes into a protein shake fairly easily…but there are better products available. I would buy this again, but only if it was the cheapest option.
