El producto es bueno, he comprado un segundo, a pesar de que el primero tuvo un problema en la costura y se empezó a salir el gel, pude arreglarlo y compré otros de igual precio, pero este lo supera, así que li volví a comprar, espero que la costura no me de problema eata vez

I don’t have anything bad to say about this product. I am very picky when picking out ice packs and this one was perfect. It gets cold really fast and stays cold for a long time. It has a nice gel filing that makes it very moldable to position it perfectly. It is also wrapped in a nice fleece on one side, so there is no need to wrap a cloth around it. It also comes with a adjustable Velcro strap so you can secure it to the injured area, and move about. I don’t normally like ice packs and won’t use them but I love this one. You also have the option of using it as a heat pad, as it is a dual purpose, and is designed to do both. I would buy this product.

I fell in the bathroom and hit my forehead on the floor which, caused a large lump to form on my forehead. I used the ice pack for a couple of hours, so the lump went down. Next day I woke up with a black and purple eye where the blood pooled around my total eye. I continued to use the ice pack for several days and most of the purple is leaving. So, I love the ice/hot pack and will use it every time I need it.

I use these cold and keep them stored in my freezer. They don't maintain the cold temperature as long as some other packs, but I love them because they are incredibly flexible and easy to use. I have a few of these so I can switch them out when they get warmer. I find that using two of them gives me a little more time cold than one of the stiffer packs do.

GREAT PRODUCT! It was the only Hot/Cold Therapy Gel Pack that I saw that gave measurements in three sizes.I had surgery on my neck and I needed the small pack to fit in the curve of my neck to relieve the swelling and soreness. I placed it in my freezer for about an hour and it stayed cold for a long time. It really helped!!!I was so please with the product that I ordered a second one; so that I could interchange them.
