Above and beyond value and quality
The quality and durability of this pen is above and beyond average. Being made of brass, it is just the right weight for an awesome balanced writing experience. The six sided edge actually adds to the comfort and hold of the pen. When you think about it the common Pencil was designed like that for a reason. An exquisitely smooth writing pen. The value is out of this world not only for this pen but for it’s refills as well! The refills are unbelievably priced for a box of 20! This pen is likened to buying an economy car that puts to utter laughable shame the ultra high end Mercedes, revealing the foolishness of buying something so expensive only because of a name brand. Don’t miss out on this pen. It’s a will-able substance. The seller and all who are involved in its delivery are 5 star and beyond Stars themselves. Thank you!

This Brass kicks A**
Solid, solid brass pen. The edges aren't sharp to me, but I work with sharp metal and stuff daily, so I maybe have some tolerance. Writes beautifully, seamless cap and lovely weight...can't beat $12 for solid brass lol. Not for everyone, but definitely for me ;)

Very good quality! Nice weight and quite comfortable for writing.
The included ink refill writes nicely and the ink does not smear. 20 refills available on eBay for $9.99 plus shipping. (20pcs M&G MG-007 0.5mm Pipe Refills for Q7 Gel Ink Rollerball Point Pen 3 Colors.) Very happy with this virtually unbreakable pen. The only minor caveat is that it takes a few moments to remove the cap.

Great but with disappointments
You know, overall, good product. Seems like high quality brass with good threads for both the cap and the reservoir for the ink cartridge. But some things worth knowing. While the threads are smooth to turn, they don’t line up on the bevels. If you want them to line up, you need to get it really tight and that way you can barely tell the seems are there, that’s a plus. But the bevels are a bit sharp. Not terrible and very well might go away with some pocket wear. Last thing is a bummer, and probably more on Amazon but also could be on the manufacturer for filling out search settings of the product, but I searched for “edc pen g2 refill” and this came up. Granted should I have looked at the product more in detail? Yes, but why did it come up for g2 refill when it’s not even compatible with the g2 cartridge? Disappointed there but came with a Chinese cartridge that are relatively easy to buy in bulk but an inferior product as pilot G2s are my daily driver. Overall not a bad product but a lot of changes that could be made to get the next two stars.

Nice little pen
I bought this more out of curiosity than anything else (actually two by accident), and I have to say that I really like this little thing. I took some 1,000 grit wet/dry sandpaper and sanded down the finish so its completely smooth and pretty shiny, and over the last few months, its tarnished well and looks pretty cool. The weight is the best part. I haven't had to put a new refill in yet, but from what I can see the refills are the standard D3 or D4 or whatever it is.

Really well made, when closed looks like a single piece of brass
This pen is solid brass (except for the ink cartridge cylinder space). It has a small cap that, when closed, makes it look like there are no seams between the lid and the pen. It is heavy, but that should be expected based on the material and the description. It does not allow the cap to be attached to the base of the pen, so you need to hold it or keep track of it. This is not an issue, as you can see from the pictures that, that is the case, but I wanted to point it out for those who might find that an issue. This is a great pen.

Perfect for my use
These fit the silver pen refills found at a bunch of leather shops, in particular District Leather Supply. I have been looking for a body that fit these nicely. The hexagon shape keeps it from rolling away easily, the heft feels nice in the hand, and it looks fantastic as well, matching up to a bunch of popular leather tools. The edges were a little sharp so I sanded them down just a little. The cap is hard to line up perfectly, but it doesn't bother me.

OCD? Better think about this first
So this pen is almost perfect. Great weight, writes very nice. Maybe a little ink heavy. My only real gripe is that when you screw the cap on the corners don't line up. Maybe I'm a bit OCD but it would be perfect if they would line up.

First, -1 star for sending an unfinished product. Also -1 star for the false advertising. The photos are of a finished product, and the product sent to me was not. All the edges were too sharp and there's no rubber ring between the pen and the cap like in the photos. The cap also didn't line up with the pen because there was no ring. However you can buy a rubber washer at a hardware store to fit there. And with some fine sandpaper you can modify it so that you won't need one. With 400 grit sandpaper or higher, sand down the cap slightly, screwing it onto the pen every so often to check that it lines up. Once that's done you can then use the sandpaper to get rid of the sharp edges, and if you want, add some detailing between the cap and pen like I did. It's a nice design. I just wish they sent what they advertised. I read the reviews beforehand so I was prepared, but most people may be let down. Edit: ok so just 12 hours after getting this pen the ink exploded. It was a cheap Chinese ink capsule. Looking at other reviews, I can tell I'm not the first person this has happened to.
