Q: Do these warp / pop at a high temp in the oven? I have cheaper ones that do that and looking to upgrade

Hi there, Warping is caused by a rapid change in temperature whereby the molecules inside your bakeware expand or contract too quickly. We recommend not placing room temperature/cold pans directly into a fully pre-heated oven as this can cause a rapid change in temperature and result in twisting. Pre-heat your pan at the same time as the oven for best results!

Q: How sad to see this beautiful cookware & bakeware & innovative storage & it still can't go in the dishwasher. Who wants to have a sink full to wash.

Hi there, We appreciate your feedback. Our cookware is absent of all many harmful chemicals (and the hard anodization process!) and will, in turn, require extra care to ensure its longevity. The detergents used in dishwashers and the power of the water jets can cause the breakdown of the non-stick coating, causing your cookware not to last as long as it would by hand washing. For this reason, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water over dishwashing. Have a great day.

Q: Can I use Pam on these bakeware?

They don't recommend using cooking sprays. Just a tiny amout of olive oil works great.

Q: Do you sell the cooling rack and pan holders separately?

The magnetic pan racks are not sold separately at the moment and only come if the sets are purchased upfront. Hope this helps!
