It's a good product. Quality of rice is good and aromatic.

The antagonist in this tragedy. It arrived not as a noble elder, but as a faded, almost cynical doppelgänger of its vibrant sibling. Its hue was weary, its aroma a mere ghost of memory. In the pot, it became a sullen, cloying mass, lacking the structural integrity and the joyous burst of flavour that defines its raw counterpart. So here I sit, in my kitchen, a divided soul. I am left with a single, haunting question: am I to purchase two separate bags forever, like a chef Sisyphus, merely to separate the light from the shadow? This is not a mere bag of rice; it is a profound and deeply frustrating paradox. It is brilliance and mediocrity, locked in an eternal, inseparable embrace. My palate is enthralled, yet my spirit is wounded.

Aromatic rice. Small grain size. Very useful in cooking khichdi.
