worst custumer supoort and printer
The helett® H30C USB Direct Thermal 4×6 Shipping Label Printer is not working properly. From the beginning, it has had frequent issues with printing alignment and label detection, which results in continuous paper wastage. Despite multiple attempts to fix the problem, there has been no proper support from customer service. No guidance, no resolution, and no follow-up. It has wasted a lot of time, labels, and effort. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not reliable for regular shipping or barcode printing.
