There are several features about this pan that I love - let me list the ways! I appreciate the green slip surface of the scratch resistance materials. I can feel good about cooking in a pan that isn't poisoning me while I fry my eggs - I like the deep design for making stews or heating up leftovers. The Lid is light and fits tight and the special little spot on the lid for releasing steam is a nice touch - there is an icon of steam that lets you know. This pan heats up nicely; quickly and distributes the heat throughout the entire surface - there is not guessing where you need to get to in order to sear of fry. I like the little notch for the nicely designed wooden spatula that comes with the pan. And best of all this pan is built to go from stovetop to oven. Outside of the oven - the handle stays cool, which is...well...cool. Remember to use a hot pad when your taking it out of the oven though - Other pans I've owned; I had to place a piece of aluminium foil over the lid handle - so this is a very nice feature. The color choices are also just a sweet feature of this brand - Our Place has the right ideas. I look forward to purchasing MORE....

Unlike our other ceramic pans, this one is GREAT at crisping and browning meat and veggies! It arrived yesterday and we've already made 3 meals in it and it was exactly as advertised! We will likely get one of the smaller ones now as well. It is substantial but light, we kept the heat on med and med/low but food was cooked evenly and washing it is really easy. Follow the included instructions and enjoy your new pan. It was worth the money!

The Always Pan 2.0 in "Char" has genuinely earned its spot on my stovetop. This nonstick, toxin-free ceramic 10.5” pan truly is a versatile workhorse, justifying its 'incredible value' claim by replacing my old sauté pan, steamer, and fryer basket. The 2.6 Qt capacity is perfect for family meals. I use it for delicate scrambled eggs (they slide right off!) and the new 450°F oven-safe feature makes searing and finishing chicken seamless. It works flawlessly on my induction cooktop. Pros: Unmatched 10-in-1 versatility, gorgeous aesthetic, and incredibly fast cleanup. Cons: The price is high, and the ceramic surface demands careful handling (no metal utensils!) to ensure longevity. Overall, if you want a premium, functional piece to declutter your kitchen, invest in this. Highly recommended.

We used this pan at a relatives home over the holiday, and literally ordered it for ourselves before we got back home. It is the easiest pan to cook in ... truly non-stick. It's super easy to clean and we love the spatula rest on top! We are so happy we bought it! All of our cookware is Hexclad which costs a small fortune ... and this pan goes to show that more expensive does not mean better. Highly recommend and will be purchasing more soon!

This pan lives up to the reviews that I read when I purchased it. It’s a beautiful and functional non-stick pan. I love that you can add to it and it can be utilized in many ways. We bought it to replace our non-stick cookware that has teflon type surfaces. This pan cooks beautifully, browns and has a bit of a higher lip making it nice if you are using sauces. Great addition to any cookware.

I bought this pan because it was the one item my ex live-in GF took and I really enjoyed cooking with it. She owned the item when she moved in and I believe it was several years old and worked beautifully. I loved the pan so much I decided to get my own. Note: I live alone, so to say my new pan was "light-duty" is an understatement. At first the product worked exactly as I remember from the ex's, and was so easy to cook and clean - NOTHING STUCK! Then my daughter came to visit with her fiance last week, and I was making a big breakfast. OMG, I tried to make a large batch of scrambled eggs for the table (8 eggs), and Oh Boy what a freaking MESS! Egg stuck all over the pan, and couldn't scrape it off with plastic utensils. We ended up going out for breakfast! I let the pan soak in the sink before I tried to wash it. Still stuck on mess after letting the egg mess sit for 8 - 10 hours. I tried to use the pan this morning to make two eggs and you guessed it, same mess. Please also note that I never used any abrasive product on the pan, as residue would slide off and it was unnecessary. I can only surmise that the ceramic coating is microscopically thin, and when that "wore off" in about 60 days the pan is DOA. $150 pan is ruined in 2 months. I agree with other negative comments here that the product manufacturing must have changed, as my ex's pan was old and still worked (including its non-stick properties of course) flawlessly. What is really frustrating and what caused me to write this negative review is that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THE MERCHANT ON THE AMAZON PAGE!!!! I was going to reach out to inquire and see if they would send me a new pan, giving the benefit of doubt that maybe this was a defective one-off. But now that I see that the merchant hides behind Amazon, they obviously do not want to deal with issues - as they say in Latin - CAVEAT EMPTOR - let the buyer beware. I even went to the "store" that Amazon directs you to, and guess what, there is no "contact us" page, or email, or address or anything. This shows how much they care about their customers - ZERO!

These pots and pans are awesome. They work great and clean up very easily. This is our second purchase and the Our Place pot looks just as good as it did the day we got it in spite of heavy use. The wooden spoon/spatula is also well made and comes in handy. These pots and pans are well worth the money.

This is a replacement for the same pan we bought two years ago. We like the size and weight for small items like eggs and the non-stick coating works well — until it doesn’t. Despite careful use of oils and non—stick utensils it broke down in ruts and scratches. Got another one because otherwise it’s handy.

THis is hands down the best pan I have ever bought. Easy to clean (100% non-stick), has high walls to stop oil spitting, has a solid grip, and I love all the bits that come with it... lid makes it my new favourite pot too!

Finally, a non-toxic pan that is actually non-stick. Works perfectly for eggs, the real test and looks great. Love the built in wooden spatula.
