Can this be used for perfume oils? Are the syringes capable of handling oil?

YES, this can be used for perfume oils. I have extracted perfume oils from a variety of fragrance house perfume bottles into 12ml Mini Portable Spray Bottles without any problem. Just remember to clean the syringes afterward with a 50-50 mixture of 70% Isopropyl alcohol and water. As for handling oil - maybe light oils but nothing heavy.
