Things I love about this laptop: Its isnt too big or bulk or too small that seems useless. The battery seems to last a long time. It doesnt come with alot of memory but that is probably why it is so affordable. But the one I did get one that has the slot in the side to add a memory card. Also you can use one of the USB ports for a flashdrive to have additional programs on. I have sims and a 2 other STEAM games on for the additional memory.**** I also like that it is HP but didnt come with safe mode enabled as my last HP laptop did which caused issues downloading even virus protection programs. ALSO like that I can connect to 5G internet my other HP couldnt detect 5G so thats nice. I like the weight as well I travel with mine often and it is much more convenient than my husbands which is a 17 inch and much heavier . I like the color its like a rose gold /pink ive had lots of compliments on it

I thought this was just the right PC for us. We don't need much, web browsing, some gaming, some MS Office work. Yesterday I saw that the laptop OS needed update so started it. Noticed it was taking some time so I just let it do its thing all day. Went to turn the laptop back on that evening, and got a flash from the monitor but nothing else. I knew it wasn't a power issue because the separate mouse (not included) was lit, indicating it was connected. Tried everything I could think of then went to HP website. HP tells me there's 15 days left on the warranty ("whew!") and gave me repair options (phone, chat, local warranty provider [Best Buy]). I chose to go to Best Buy. They worked on the laptop for about 25 minutes, and while I can't tell exactly what was done, I do know it was a series of keystrokes and a flash drive. Geek Squad hands the laptop back to me and tells me it's a hardware issue and not worth the cost of repair. I take the laptop back home and get in a chat with technical support. They have me do what appears to be the same steps Geek Squad did. Then they tell me I need an empty flash drive to reset/reinstall the BIOS. Now I'm not really that tech savvy, but I know enough to tell the technician that all the steps that they have had me do I already had done by Geek Squad, their authorized repair center. Tech tells me that without doing that last step with the empty flash drive they cannot determine that it is truly a hardware issue (really??!) and that they won't be able to give me a repair/replacement if I don't take that last step. Sorry, HP, but you cannot convince me that the cost of a replacement laptop is worth more than the bad taste in my mouth, and my withering review (not only on Amazon, but to anyone who asks) of your inability to honor your very limited warranty. I can't imagine why you wouldn't send a replacement of a low-end laptop just to keep positive goodwill towards your customers. And it's why I strongly suggest anyone reading this review to search for a different unit.

I love my new laptop and it is easy to use. It's functioning pretty well. There's no touch screen and you can play games on this laptop. I use the wifi, and the speed is great. The battery on this laptop, it goes by fast when you use it, I have to charge it like every two hours but overall I love it and I would recommend you guys to get the rose gold laptop. This is the legit. Thank you Amazon you are amazing

its an HP. got up to speed and set up quicker than expected. only complaint is that seller stickers were placed over both HP model/serial number and over the Microsoft info sticker. they had alot of real estate on the box to place elsewhere (maybe the backside of the box?)

I love this laptop battery life last forever. The keyboard quality is great. It doesn’t sound very clicky clacking it sounds great. I use it for school as the perfect size. Perfect laptop.

I love my new laptop i it got for school it runs smoothly haven’t had any problems not complaints super cute color, love the size. Love the keyboard. Great price. The noise level is great and i use it mainly for auidobooks! Definitely recommend this laptop its screen quality is good as well! I’ve had it for around a week now and the battery life is great as well! I have been refusing to purchase a laptop since windows 7 and i’m very satisfied with my purchase with this laptop

Only use this laptop occasionally. Maybe once a week to every other week. Battery won’t charge bought it in June and now doesn’t charge. When you click resolution it give you help on audio. Not about charging

Me gustó mucho pero no tiene suficiente memoria!! Ya se llenó el disco local c y creo que es engañoso y tampoco cuenta con el OFFICE de regalo es en línea y no me sirve para trabajar tuve que pagar para que me lo instalaran 😅😅🥲🥲

Compré el equipo en Enero y En Abril comenzó aparecer la pantalla azul, se comenzó a reiniciar constantemente, sí cuenta con garantía sin embargo solo es con el sistema operativo no hacen cambio de equipo ya que la laptop es de estados unidos para que lo tomen en cuenta.
