It was too high for me and, unlike identical ones or copies for a little over $30 on Temu, there is no way to remove a layer to adjust the height. Also, no fitted pillow casies? It's not that nice next to your face. Mine has gone to the bin.

I bought this pillow to compare with the one I had bought a week earlier so I could compare them. I am a side sleeper and really don't sleep well because of chronic pain in my back and shoulder. This pillow is labeled as Ultra Pain Relief and the other one was listed as a Cervical Neck Pillow with Memory Foam. I have been sleeping on them and love them both. They have good neck and head support. A place to put your arms so your arm doesn't fall asleep. I am sleeping longer and waking refreshed and the best part is that my neck, back, and shoulders aren't in terrible pain to start my day. If I had to choose which pillow to send back, I wouldn't be able to chose one over the other. Needless to say, I am not sending one back! I am sleeping 6 - 9 hours each night and only gettng up to use the bathroom and right back to bed. I am not tossing and turning to get comfortable and it doesn't take me long to get to sleep. The quality of my sleep is getting better with each day. I ordered a couple of pillow protectors to put on them as I really don't want to wrestle the pillows to get the cover they came with on or off to wash them. (Don't put the memory foam in the washer or dryer) My cats have put their stamp of approval on them, as I sometimes have to physically move them when I am going to bed or wake up earlier than usual with them trying to share the pillow with me. I would be hard pressed to make a decision to send one of them back, so I am keeping both of them!

When you first open the product it has a strong factory type smell that needs to get aired out before using. I used it mostly during pregnancy as it helped align my neck and spine better, reducing aches and pains. It’s very firm and supports your neck and spine. I like that you can put your arm through the hole so that it doesn’t make your arm go numb.

I’ve had too many pillows to count. So annoying trynna find the right one. I do like this one ALOT! It did take about 3 weeks to get used to it tho. My husband said I don’t snore close to half as much as I did before using this pillow and that’s great! I’m getting him one because 1. He snores loud as hell and 2. He keeps taking mine if he beats me to bed but I slide it from under him, lol. I do wish they were larger tho. I mean it’s a decent size but it’s listed as “queen.” It’s not. 4 stars because it says it’s a “cooling pillow.” It def isn’t. Don’t believe that ladies, esp if u have hot flashes at night. I use my own silk pillowcase even tho it’s big for the pillow. Overall, WE like it a lot!
