Sturdy product for a good price. The equipment also looks great! Also, ZEKOO’s customer service has been fantastic! The set I ordered had brackets that were too large for the doorway I have. When I emailed their customer service they quickly responded letting me know that they would send me brackets that properly fit my doorway. Fast and quality customer service is hard to find and I’m happy to be working with a company that knows how to work with their customers.

VERY pleased with this product! This piece went into the main bedroom and I am happy with the results. After understanding the universal results for the different sizes, it was not that bad to put up on the wall. You will need someone else to help you to hold this product in place after it is built. Overall, I am pleased with the results!

I don't often write reviews, but I thought it was worth it in this case. I have 2 comments regarding both service and product. 1) Product - the hardware seems to be very well built. I've just completed my installation and it was very easy to install, albeit much longer than I anticipated. I purchased the 4 door bypass 12' system and the product arrived with all the parts required for 2 different door thicknesses and all parts required for the width of my installation. As mentioned in another comment, I also requested (via Amazon communications to the vendor) to pre-cut my rail length to 11.5'. The company responded within 24 hours with confirmation and the product arrived with the correct measurements. IMPORTANT - take note of the product description for each type of hanger, as there are different clearance requirements between the top of the door and the ceiling. 2) Service - I failed to take note of the correct space requirement mentioned above for the type of hanger that I originally purchased. After contacting the vendor, they agreed without hesitation to exchange the hangers and brackets necessary for a smaller clearance. Note that its not cheap to return 30 lbs of metal via FedEx, but the company paid for the shipment from the warehouse to my home, so I was happy to pay to ship the exchange product back (as it was my fault for not ready the product description accurately). anyway, hope this helps.

We as homeowners, and our contractor were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hardware of these barndoors tracks. I needed to move my laundry upstairs but conceal it with doors. Love the rustic charm of barn doors. Using the double track with 4 doors, I added a utility closet, laundry, and a pantry to a cluttered end of my kitchen. Love the ease of access by just sliding the doors on the tracks. This feature added convenience, organization and a rustic charm to my kitchen area. Contractor stated instructions were clear and easy to follow. All pieces were well marked and individually packaged. And we knew if we had problems, we could call the manufacturer and talk to someone. We recommend this product and we are very happy with our barndoor track hardware.

Great product. Didn't get a chance to use. Our contractor didn't take into acct. the weight,so we were unable to go the route we wanted for our closet doors. The return was confusing for me,but the company got me thru that,and easily returned.

This was harder for us to install because we needed this configuration and only have 8 ft ceilings so we installed on the ceiling cutting holes through the Sheetrock and hanging from a board in the attic! It worked great. We did have a problem with one of the rollers being broken. I had not unpacked the hardware because I had a contractor coming to install and when he opened it up, he found the broken roller. I called the 800 number on the paperwork and left a message as well as wrote an email. The company responded very quickly and replacement parts arrived very quickly.

This was very sturdy, I have no doubt that if our home fell down this would be one of the only parts still "standing"... customer service was EXCELLENT with after-purchase advice.

Excellent service de livraison

Pour ma part, j'ai eu pleins de pepins. 1-Plan d'installation très mal conçus et mal expliqué. Des specifications manquent aux plans. 2-Grandeur de vis ou bolt a corriger, entre autre celles de la porte qui étaient 1/4 de po trop longue. 3-une fois les track installée, les roues de portes touche les bole de l'Autre track, donc doit adapter les spacers.... J'ai au moins installé et enlevé 5 fois les tracks... (Je fais de la renovation fréquemment et je vous le dis, ce kit n'est pas pour les debutants...) Mais le résultat est pas mal.
