I've tried a dozen of these for dry mouth on my Bipap machine. I've tried the super expensive ones and this one works the best. Very comfortable and doesn't make my head hurt. I use it on top of my full face mask. Very durable. And I've had it for a few weeks and it's still just like new.

Tried several styles, this one works great.

I finally found a chin strap that keeps my mouth closed. I tried many others but this is the only one that works. The extra small straps to keep it in position are not needed and useless anyway as they are too short and scratchy. The only downside to this strap is that it tends to cover the front of my ears making it difficult to hear. I worked around this by folding that part of the strap under so the ears remain uncovered. Those are the only reasons I did not give it 5 stars.

This chin strap is terrible for my head size. I have a large head size. This won't stay in position and if I even attempt to use the two velcro straps they included to help keep the strap centered on the top of my head, the straps are so short the sharp velcro barbs stick into the side of my head. If you even try to take them off to adjust they rip the elastic band part and make a mess. I found a much better one that I should have bought x3 of, but I just checked and amazon says the other mask is "Currently Unavailable" so I won't bother to mention the brand or product name. It's more of a spandex sort of setup that has holes for your ears and has adjustable velcro pads that are perfect. I use it with a CPAP. This one is going into the garbage, it was worth a shot, I should have trusted some of the other reviews that basically are saying the same thing as me.

I both love and hate this strap. I love that I can get it tight. I hate that it doesn't last more than a couple of months. I also hate that it's not comfortable in the summer. Despite it's flaws, I have not found anything else at this time that works, so, I have to buy this to supplement the one insurance provides. It's not bad, it's just not able to last more than 2-3 months at most for me.

I don't know why so many negative comments about the length of the straps at the back of the head. I cut them off because they aren't needed to keep the wide strap on my head. I've used it in different positions on my head and it never slips off. I suppose it depends on the shape of the head. Also, the fabric feels soft to me, but I have a beard, so when I'm wearing it, it's not against my bare skin. It works fine for me and has one advantage over most of the chin straps I've tried. I sleep with a ceiling fan on all night and the strap is wide enough to cover my ears and keep them warm. Most straps have ear holes cut out so they don't cover the ears, and my ears get cold. No bueno.

The style must have changed, as this is what I have ordered in the past. They are much wider than my previous ones and there are two separate straps instead of one attached strap that is in the back. I returned this product.

I bought this to replace another one after having a minor cosmetic job on my chin for support. It’s super comfortable and easy to adjust. The material is soft to me I read others said it was itchy before I purchased but I don’t think it is. Lightweight.
