I purchased this first aid/trauma bag for my car. I like to keep everything from band-aids & bandages to clotting powder & chest seals just in case. I wanted a bag large enough so that I'm able to find things in an emergency. I didn't want everything so tightly crammed that I couldn't find what I was looking for. This bag works perfectly. I appreciate being able to put things in the upper lid area that zips, the center section, as well as the front of the bag and the front flap that lays open flat. There are also 2 Velcro pockets on each side. The handle is also an added feature in case I need to take my supplies to another car or person who may need help.

This bag is just the right size for me. It's not huge, but it's not small either. It looks great and is a desirable material.

for another bag recently purchased that was inferior. I was upset and needed a better first aid bag pronto! So I found this one and gave it a try. This is a great well made medical bag. The nylon fabric is medium duty, top quality as stitching. It's light weight but rugged. The colors are bright and deep. The zippers work flawlessly as does the couple of Velcro closures. Inside you'll find some inner pockets along the perimeter. Also some netting on the inside of the cover. It very functional and all my medical supplies for the job site easily fit in this bag. It comes with me to every job I do. I'm very happy with this item, especially after being disappointed by the first one.

I love elastic compartments so you can keep everything organized and tidy. The side pockets has strong velcro so it will not open on its own. I bought this as a pet first aid "to go" bag. With everything I have, there is still room to add "people" first aid stuff too! Everything seems to function quite well, although It would have been nice to have a 2-way zipper on the front pocket too. Especially since it zips all the around and partially under the pocket. The only complaint I have so far, is the lack of rigidity. The bottom and top have a very thin (1/16") piece of cardboard. The top is built in, the bottom is just a fabric wrapped insert. The outer fabric seems durable but has very little padding sewn in, nothing that would make the bag stand up on its own. But, once you fill it up with stuff, its not an issue. So overall, I love the bag as a first aid kit.

Love it. I am disabled and had originally a small camera bag, then a larger bag. This bag is awesome! Couple things I would change if I designed, but all-in-all super deal. Things I would fix or change - 1) Front pouch, add second zipper to allow either way or open in middle. If have uncontained items, they fall out the left side when starting to unzip. 2) The bag is a little flimsy. Don't want to ding the rating because the quality of material does seem sturdy, but would be nice to have containment bars that would allow user to lock the back into a specific rectangle shape. It bulges out sometimes. 3) the end pockets have a velcro attachment for the lid that is larger than the pocket preventing the user from tucking it into the pocket to make it lid free. Would design it to do that. 4) Would add a luggage ID window on the top that allows the owner to put If Lost information and owner details. 5) Finally, everyone has a cell phone. would be nice to have an exterior pocket on top that is clear, but rain/water resistent/proof, that is large enough (in all three ways LxWxH) for the larger iPhone Pro Max phones with a large case so that the owner can put their phone in it and see messages through the clear top and not worry about water hitting it while using the bag in increment weather. Am able to have all my subscribed, daily vitamins, glasses, injectors, emergency vomit/urine bags and support items. Tons of room, love the small cargo net holders that is just big enough for 2 pill bottles.

Nice item for first aid supplies. I've outfitted mine fully with major first aid items.

I got on an organization kick and purchased this bag to get all our medical stuff in one place. It’s large so I was able to fit a blood pressure machine in, as well as various first aid equipment. I’ll look like I’m playing EMT if I ever have to get it out in front of others (lol) but having everything medical on one place is great!
