Remote outlet stopped working after less than 2 months. Was out of Amazon return window so reached out to the company directly. They were unresponsive. Disappointed and wish I would have spent a couple of extra dollars with a company with better customer service. UPDATE: customer service reached out to me via Amazon in an effort to make this right. Turns out they had already reached out to me directly but their correspondence had gone directly to junk mail, so this is something to mind mindful of if you contact them. They have gone above and beyond to rectify the situation. A good company isn’t one that never gets things wrong, but one that does the right thing to fix things when they do inevitably go wrong. When the product works it is perfect, the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because I am slightly nervous about the longevity of the product after the first one broke down so quickly. I’m hoping it was just a one off (these things happen). If it lasts the test of time I would happily rate it at 5 stars.

This outlet is awesome! I had my outdoor lights all hooked up to an app, which was fine for just me. However, it was very inconvenient when friends or family were visiting as they did not have access and I wasn't really keen on setting everyone up with the app and then providing them all with IT support. These work great and are easy for anyone to use! I ordered one to try it out and then ordered two more. It will be interesting to see how they do through the winter. But, so far, so good!

Good quality, works well. The remote controls all three outlets at once. They are all on, or all off. After purchase I realized individual control would have been handy, but this is still a solid product for the price if you want to turn all your Christmas lights on or off at the click of a button without going the smart product route.

I have several remotes but I can only plug in one cord. This one does 3 plugs. Makes my outdoor christmas decorating a lot easier and just stand inside house out of the weather to turn on and off. Love it.

this remote control outlet worked well for a week then quit working completely. I was disappointed but product support contacted me through Amazon and walked me through troubleshooting. Even though it was new, the battery in the remote was bad. Replaced the battery and it worked. This company stands behind their product
