I like the size and thickness of this grounding mat. I have an unconventional use for it. Since we have grounding sheets for us, I put this grounding mat next to our sofa, hooked it up and our cat uses it! Our cat is about 10 years old now. As a young kitten, she had a genetic condition that caused her back hips to both break at the growth plate when she was simply playing as kittens do. They don’t do hip replacements for kittens so they simply removed the hip joints and rely on muscle tissue to take its place. She did very well but we have seen her get tired quicker as a result and as she has gotten older she moves less as a result so we are doing what we can to help her. She has a heating pad and a grounding pad available and uses them when she wants to.

I have not experienced any change whatsoever .

Must be able to have bare skin contact. I got it for my bad, bone on bone knees. I do sleep better and notice a reduction in pain. Simple to install to round ground in your plug socket.

This is my favorite grounding mat. It’s heavyweight, thick, and has a nonslip back. It doesn’t curl up after using for a while. It’s been two weeks and it still lays flat. The cord is long and gives plenty of flexibility for placement. I feel like I have been able to get a better nights sleep since using it. I haven’t noticed a change in any pain or anxiety just yet. I think it’s an excellent value and great quality.

I bought this as a gift for my wife since she's been exploring grounding lately. Let me tell you, she's really pleased with this grounding mat. The product is high-quality and comes in an attractive package. The manual is well-done as well, and it includes a helpful video that answers any questions.
