Went through several phones that didn't do what they said. This one actually works on ATT, which is the only service here. Happy with the ruggedness, camera, night vision camera. Only wish I'd have waited for the IR camera to come out, but I know for sure my next camera.

Not expected for you to post but for information. Phone is advertised as 16gb installed memory but in fact only has 8gb installed; I have no idea how "virtual" memory works. Phone also advertises 64/64 mpx for camera, when it is in fact only 8/64 mpx. I just opened it today after it was delivered yesterday and I am very disappointed and will be returning it. This phone was designed to be used. I've dropped it on concrete floors, parking lots, in the sink, taken pictures under water, and accidentally sat on it more times than any phone should ever have to deal with. Picture quality from both front and rear cameras is great. Dual sim is a feature that I actually do use, and it's great that it still has room for an sd card, which I don't really need because the phone has more memory than I will likely ever use. Security updates are regular, although I don't expect an actual OS update to ever happen. The IR blaster probably isn't useful for most people, but my TV is old enough that it is actually a handy feature for me. The night camera is remarkable good, and I've actually used it to "see" my way back to the car in the dark when a hike took longer than expected. Plain android with no proprietary junk that can't be uninstalled is a treat to have, as well. And it has real gps, not just wifi/cell signal dependant. The battery life is pretty good considering I have several messaging apps and gps running most of the time. The screen is the biggest power drain, but that's a user thing, not the phone's fault. There are only a few minor things that I wish it had. The back of the phone is textured, so there's nowhere to attach a ring. I miss having a macro camera, too. And the speaker quality is NOT good. But it has excellent bluetooth range, unlike many budget phones.
