Like most of us these days, we're pushed and pulled in many directions and this can leave you feeling a bit out of sorts. This product is promoted as an adaptive herbal product that should help you feel a bit more like yourself and better able to weather the storms of life with less impact to your overall mental and physical health. Here are my thoughts on this product.KUDOS: This product is made with the herb, glycerin and water. It's gluten-free (I have been GF for a decade now so that matters), is alcohol-free and tastes fine to me, a little like oregano but pleasant. I have now been using it for several weeks and overall, I do feel it's helped with stress reactions in me. That is subjective, as we all are different but if it helps reduce excess cortisol, that's great. Pricewise, this tincture is much less expensive than other products.CONS: None thus far. If I change my mind on that, I'll be back to update my review.OVERALL: Give it a try if you're looking for ways to help adapt to life's stresses. Price means you're not out a ton if it's not for you but if if it works, it could be a game changing supplement.

I don’t know if it works. Its suppose to have many health benefits. I haven’t taken i. the daytime, only at night to help me relax and sleep. It has a pleasant taste . I like its in drops rather than swallowing another pill. I will update if I can tell a difference. Its suppose to be an anti aging herb too . So will have to ask my husband if I look younger.

I think it does what its suppose to do.. I take before bedtime.. relaxes me.. sleep better

Seems to be effective, I consider these pills as part of my nutritional regimen. What attracted me to this product was thelist of ingredients, with no unnecessary fillers.

Ive been using Ashwagandha for about a year now. The first one I tried was from a grocery store and was also liquid, it worked amazing. The taste was terrible, but I could feel the effect almost immediately. With this one, the taste is much better. It docent bother me at all. With this one, I can put the drops directly into my mouth with no problem. For me personally, this one works more as a daily vitamin rather than taking it to feel calm in the moment. I still like this, and have been using it daily.
