This has all the ingredients you need for a good workout. Caffeine for steady energy, beta alanine to increase blood flow and help scrub lactic acid, and citruline to increase vascularity. The taste is good too. There is no need to buy one of the expensive brands you’d find at GNC as those are usually under dosed.

I bought this because the L-Glutamine in the blue raspberry flavor has been unavailable. I was hoping that since it was the same company that the flavor would be the same but it’s not. This one tastes more like kids bubblegum and leaves a film in your mouth and it’s not good. I am still hoping that the L-Glutamine supplement in the blue raspberry is available again soon because that is delicious!! This one……not so much :(

Product made me nauseated. I reached out to the company by phone and email and they didnt reply back. Dont know by this product.

I have a high tolerance for caffeine so one scoop did nothing for me. 2 scoops did it and gave me the energy to complete my two hour workout. I didn't get any tingling sensation but I did push through my workout. Defently recommend.
