Amazing!
1st, I must commend the seller as I encountered a problem with the first drone I received, where it did not follow my commands. So, I reached out to the seller, who immediately and consistently communicated with me until the problem was satisfactorily resolved. The resolution: they sent me a replacement brand new unit and I received in within 2 days! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!2nd, the drone is a great size for our use. It appears sleek with a good handling weight. The instructions are simple. The packaging was clean, tight and as would be expected for a new product. I will update my review or submit another one after I really use it.I highly recommend this seller!! They stand by their product and provide high quality customer service!

Good cheap beginner drone, but don't expect to be impressed.
The good: very light and compact, easy for storage. Very easy for first-timers.The bad: very light and compact so even the slightest breeze sends it off course. The camera quality is not great, reminds me of early flip phone quality. The battery does not last long, probably less than an hour before needing to recharge.Overall, it's exactly what you get for the price. This was my first drone so I'm happy I got to start with an inexpensive model, will definitely spend more on my next one. This would be a perfect drone for older kids/young teens.

Exceptional toy but you will be disappointed if you're looking for more.
The pros: Got this drone while it was on sale so it was worth it. It flies significantly better than the other toy drone we have which was about $20 less. It is a great low budget way to learn how to fly. For a toy, it does fairly well outdoors and the flight time was satisfactory.The cons: One of the batteries is taking significantly longer to charge. Advertised flight features in the app are not working so far, but it's ok since I purchased this as a toy with low expectations. If you hope to record video, it is shaky and the quality of the footage isn't great. You will be disappointed if you are looking for a professional feeling drone.Summary: I had low expectations so I am not disappointed. I wish my second battery charged as fast as the other but for the price, two batteries go above expectations so, I'll endure. It was worthwhile buy at the discounted price. I would not purchase it at full price.

Great drone. Simple to fly! And a lot of fun.
I have the chance to fly this drone today. I was impressed with the performance quality and move our ability. Especially the value for the money. I did get it on a special price and it was worth it. If you're looking for a simple drone to fly this is a good one!

No warning but they came through for me and replaced the drone with new one
This is my second 16 and the first one fell out of the sky but I liked it so much I got another one and I'll be down if it didn't fall out of the sky too without warning just fail broke two pieces. But of course it's after the 30 days so I emailed the company and they still haven't got back to me would not recommend. But it flies great up to that point. Le idea replaced my drone with new one this company got in touch with me and resolve issue with new drone very thankful!! Highly recommend
