Product was exactly as advertised. I used this to replace a broken part. Fit perfectly and worked with no problems. Reason for the 4 starts is because the plastic looks very plain.

It's as good, if not better than the original pullcord on my lawnmower, and easy to install.
When the pull cord on my lawnmower broke, I learned that our local lawnmower repair shop did not work on any mower older than 10 years of age. I also learned that Lowe's, when I purchased the mower, doesn't stock replacement pull cords. Since my mower runs and operates perfectly, I had no desire to buy a new lawnmower over a broken cord. After locating the mower's model number, I checked on Amazon and found the exact pull cord assembly I needed. It is simple to install, and my old mower is working like a charm again.
