Very hard, ouch!
I shouldn't have ignored the other reviewer who said it was a lot firmer and painful to use. I did not enjoy doing a neuro exam on several stroke patients. I think I might leave it at work to be used on ward and buy another one, daft but hey ho.

Measurements are wrong
I bought this item as a osteopathic student and I wanted it to fit in my medical bag. Before buying I looked at the measurements and it met my requirements but when it arrived it was a lot longer than described. And of course it didn't fit in the bag. Very dissappointed and annoyed

Too hard!
The tendon hammer is ok quality, but the end is so firm (compared to all others that I've used on the wards) that it is actually really painful to use. Will be replacing!

Sadly managed to loose it within a week of purchase, seemed good at the time

Dropped and broke
Dropped it on the floor and it snapped where the head joined the shaft. This is quite common on this type of model, but i would have expected a bit more durability. Did the old gas hob fix and keeping as a spare..
