How hot does it have to get to be bent into a specific shape?

From my own attempt to curve the pipe, I can tell you that it doesn't take much heat, only a couple passes with the heat gun I used. However, I found it extremely difficult to maintain the rectangular form while also bending the pipe, and was unable to use it for the project I had in mind.

Do you have plugs for the ends of the 3.346" X 1.375" rectangular tubing?

Outside, I could not use it for my original project but works great for hiding tv/cables cords, painted it my wall paint and put Velcro on the back and wall...works perfectly and a fraction of the package wall covers
